Nurse or spirit are the only ones who can compete with this. At a push maybe pyramid, doc or freddy. Wraith with no bell addon, no nurses and not even bbq for pop is a lost cause, as shown in the video. It's sad how certain killers need so specific builds to be able to compete even at the smallest level but survivors needing 1 perk "iron will" to have advantages over spirit is like the end of the world... I wish you could win with different builds if you had game knowledge and skill against good teams but sadly the gens are too fast and loops are too safe. Oh well.

Remember when at one point people stopped playing killer and it took like an hour to get a survivor game? We need to do that again. Maybe this time they fix the braindead safe loops and do something about the gen speed. Or maybe the game dies which would be even better tbh.

Like you didn't fall for every pallet, missed all your swings and started crying after 10 seconds even with the wallhack addon... it was not the game, it was you, and no generic rule can be found in thia video. Spirit needs no nerf, as nurse and billy didn't, and oldschool surv learnt very quickly how to counter those killers, so new surv mains need to learn too. But you cannot balance the game around a match like this, it is litterally 1 out of 500. Entitled 4k killer bias.
@@bigjohnson011 both have a good amount of rules and if you've noticed pretty much all the rules Is just limiting items so they dont pick keys or high rarity items etc same thing with killer except its add ons, same concept , they also limit perks to stop stuff like all 4 ds etc and forcing variety if there was more than 1 killer then a limit would be applied aswell. I dont care whether or not swf "breaks the game" my whole point is that you used a shitty example to point out something. Admit it and move on with your life
honestly, more than the issue about swf, the 5 gens done in 4 min, the impossible counterplay, the pour wraith who is a weak killer..it's their attitude that i hate the most. it's disgusting how cocky a person could become on dbd. "I will shit on your spirit" "you won't make even 2 kills". No matter if they're right or not. gotta learn some humility. Hope that life outside dbd give that kind of people the slaps they deserve.
The counterplay to these people is realising their basement virgins and your enjoying your successful life unlike them but their rank 1 is all that matters

True’s videos are the only reason I still play killer even with toxic survivors destroying me every game. He’s a top tier player and this kind of video shows how unbalanced the game is, and sometimes there’s literally nothing we can do to win.
That’s why I’ve been trying to learn Nurse lately. It is so boring to try a new killer at red ranks tho. Everything in this game is so broken and we still play it lol
@Xela Flow not really dude, I used to be a nurse main but I quit dbd a time ago, she can end chases fast but not always, the skill cap for her against these teams is 3 accurate blinks to down 1 survivor cause of dead hard, you cant hold until they used it like a normal killer you have to get the blink on target well enough for them to be scared to use dead hard, then ye still a quick chase but since the base nerf she lost the quick blinking pressure on the map, you might end chases quick but get all gens done in 4 min like always and again it becomes impossible unless you slug which not always works cause of unbreakable
Playing tourneys can be fun, if ur playing as a high mmr team against a high mmr nurse/huntress/Freddy but I personally just dislike spirit bcs i can’t use anything on the map and anything I do is a 50/50 and with stridor it’s more like a 80/20 chance of me holding a chase longer than 20 seconds...

You can't call someone else toxic when you went into that post-game chat with the intention of complaining about your loss. Then when you say, verbatim, word for word: "They're a tournament team? I knew they were. That's all I go against" you are being INCREDIBLY self absorbed and arrogant. You do NOT go against top level teams that often. Not even close. Nobody else does, and there's no way that somehow only *you* end up going against tournament level teams. Do those teams exist? Yes. Have you gone against them? Yes. Are they common? No, they are EXCEEDINGLY rare. Sometimes, you just lose - and blaming everyone else isn't the answer. This is old af but there was quite literally nothing he could have done in this game haha. Nothing has changed 3 years later either. Some teams are unwinnable. If you say otherwise you aren't at that level, or never were because I face teams like this once every few days of playing still to this day.
It's games like this that show what a horrible state the game is in right now. You literally had no gameplay, going around the loops and breaking pallets mindlessly one by one. Soon enough, no one will want to deal with the stress and toxicity that comes with playing killer, and this game will become irrelevant.

@@nicane-9966 And then survivors only go against spirit or nurse, cry a lot and they are nerfed again. To be honest even with spirit the game would have been stupidly quick. You can only chasse and hook one survivor by one survivors. Given their playtimes and the coordination coming from vocal they would still have done the gen stupidly quick.

I find it sad that people will pay $20 for the game, then countless more on DLC and cosmetics (so lets just be conservative and say $100 on the game) but EXCLUSIVELY play one side. They will have thousands and thousands of hours in an asymmetrical game where you can play on both sides, but only play one side (survivor for example), but refuse to even *touch* the other.

Everyone in that scrim is either really good or extremely good at killer. I know it's hard to accept that tru3 is bad at the game, but he's outclassed as both roles by every single person in the 3 man swf.

I find it much more fun to play killers with unique powers and have the ability to interact with chases differently even if only a handful are actually good against high end players

Survivors can make all the excuses they want, this game is so one sided between the Devs and survivors, it is not funny. The billy changes alone prove the point... whole community says billy is fine and fun to verse... Behaviour nerf him anyway. Killer is meant to be the powerful one but instead you just learn that the skill cap for killer is being able to quickly capatalize on the mistakes of survivors. But then survivors get more second chances to the point where it's not a simple game of 2 hits down, hook 3 times and survivor is out of the game... it becomes 8 hits to down a survivor, 3 hits or slugging to get room to hook and then downing again? yeah good luck with Borrowed Time, Decisive Strike, Dead Hard, Medkit with Syringe, Soul Guard... It's a chore just to get 1 kill, let alone 3-4 kills. Tru3 is right when you vs a really really good team or even a strong team, the game just becomes a chore as a killer. Killer is just not a fun experience atm. MMR fixed that but now it's gone because of whatever reason. I had some of t he best games and even when i came up against a SWF it wasn't a total stomping but a well fought game, with minimal toxicity. All I know is if matchmaking is going back to what it was before, then I'm back to taking a break from DbD. I play games to have fun and challenge myself... this isn't a challenge, it's like playing a losing game where you are just fighting against a broken pip system to not drop rank.

The worst part is this kind of players (Not this team specificaly, they in fact offered to play with rules that would balance the game) genuinely think they are miles away from you when it comes to skill, when the fact is you are tied with them in that aspect but the game just allows them to make a huge gap that can't be closed unless your killer can actually play the game. This leaves us with two conclusions: 1 Spirit is not unbalanced with the actual state of the game (At least not base kit, some add ons do make her bs to verse) 2 She seems op cause people do not bother to learn to use what they have in the game correctly 3 The "casual oriented game argument" gets demolished by the simple fact that this game has perks, add ons, and powers that can give you an advantage over the opposite side. Legit go show me an actual casual game that offers you tools that give you advantages, cause there is not a single one.
i love how tru just ends up avoiding the rematch. spends all game saying only spirit can beat these teams then refuses to prove it lmao. I've seen tru camp the hooks of baby survivors and laugh, but as soon as the roles get reversed he cant take it. The end game chat made you look pretty shitty as you couldn't back up what you said all game... waited for the chat to time out and acted surprised when it did. shame you didnt beat them with spirit, but then again it takes a good spirit to win, and you'd have no comeback when you lose that match too.
honestly Tru3, you handled that convo very badly, you assumed they were crying about Spirit which they weren't and when they offered you a game by your rules you deflected and just kept going back to NeRf Spirit, I get that ttoxic gameplay can be tilting but you did not compose yourself very well there. The right way to handle it was: "yes, off-stream we can play tournament rules and we will see how it works when I have a viable killer." You just turned into the complainer you blamed all the SWF of being. I said nerf spirit because swf is obviously insanely more broken and unbalanced then spirit, yet the conversation is around spirit and other "boring" killers. Sadly it seems everyone is scared to address or talk about the swf issue prob because of the abuse and discusting attacks you get for doing so.
The cycle is that there are several videos where Tru3 says Wraith is good. There's a compilation video where he argues about people who say "Wraith bad!" Then he gets owned by a SWF, and suddenly it's because Wraith isn't viable. You can't have it both ways. It's obvious that Spirit and Nurse (though not so much on console) are the top tier. But SWF is tough against anyone. I get that he's not claiming Wraith is "top tier" but he's either good or bad, strong or weak. I think he should have (and should still) played that team as Spirit. It provides evidence. If they own him, (3 escapes or more) then Spirit clearly isn't broken. If he owns them, well then maybe Spirit is broken. Especially when you're in a match where you know who you're playing. I'd say 2 escapes is a tie, and Spirit is still proven strong but not OP. What frustrates me are several videos where he "proves" Wraith is good, and then in this video Wraith is bad or weak. SWF will always provide a greater challenge. I play SWF because this game gives me a chance to play with my brother (who lives on the other side of the country). Take that away, I don't play the game because, to me, this game is what allows us to spend time together even though we're separated by such distance. Not every killer needs to be Spirit. Not every killer needs to be Clown (commonly regarded as the weakest). There SHOULD be a range. I'm not in favor of nerphing Spirit. My final opinion from this game. Don't taint a well-played game with toxic behavior. The team played well and won. Just do the gens and get out. Mocking the killer in game and harassing him after it is just poor sportsmanship regardless. T-bagging and mocking are every bit as horrible as camping and tunneling. Those are the things that cause issues. The worst part about this particular game was the arrogant, rude behavior of the survivors. Just play the game and give a GG (if the chat allows) and move on.

You should put all these videos into a high MMR killer playlist and make a series out of it. These videos are hopefully eye-opening to all the people who say matches like these are incredibly "rare" and don't happen at all, and act like weaker killers can always win against strong teams. It's expected to have lots of good players, even lots of "rare" 4 man "deathsquads" after this game has been out for this long, and the pallet-looping and gen-rushing meta hasn't changed much throughout the past few years, so I don't get why people think survivors being able to play extremely well against weaker killers is so rare. It's really not that hard to play as survivor as you gain more skill, the only hard things are bad solo teammates and non-conventional killers. Killer's difficulty just keeps rising dramatically the better the survivors you go against get. Which would be fine if the game wasn't so imbalanced towards high level SWFs.
This is the type of game where the killer needs to be OP as fuck, where all survivors either try to play together and play well or just leave, there's no middle ground... if you go for a middle ground then any swf team will do something like this.... that's why all the killers should be OP...

thats not a SWF nerf, thats just a survivor nerf in general. the thing is its almost impossible to balance swf vs solo without either just buffing solo or completely reworking how many aspects of the game function.
Devs analysed 3 million games (I believe) to develop MMR and didn't take the time to compare solo vs SWF performance? I mean, how the f*** do you expect to develop a good MMR without taking that into account. No wonder they put the system down already.
I mean, while there was a few mistakes made with the first chase or so and you were using a meme build. There really was no way to counter what they did. It's why some tournaments like to ban injured survivors from doing gens. Really can't do anything, with any killer, if they just hold gens the entire game. In all honesty, don't think even using Spirit with meta perks and add-ons would be enough. Sound bugs not even being the reason why.
The only way to try and win this game is to bring end+fury cause of how braindead that combo makes looping, which I honestly don't like as a Wraith main cause it takes all the fun and stealth away
@Xela Flow Don't take it in a literal way, the thing is you now have to use a more aggresive playstyle rather than a hit'n'run playstyle as Wraith was intended to play around its stealth, sure the power is still there but you no longer do mindgames or aproach by surprise, you just force pallets down and then eat one for a guaranteed hit, Those perks with Wraith are intended to end chases quickly rather than playing around the invisibilty factor. So in a way it takes away the stealth of the Killer even if it is still there. Also no reason you have to sound so smartass in the internet man, no one is gonna give you a prize or something lol

You can still be stealthy using hit-&-run tactics, but you have the added bonus of being able to tank a pallet hit to end a chase even quicker if needs be. Of course, you wouldn't be getting the most out of the two perks, but spirit fury I feel is only a one time deal anyway.

I play solo survivor and I see these type of people everyday, and im like why, i just play the game, i dont want to sound braggy, but im real good at the game, but Im not these toxic assholes who get mad if they lose a game. Competitive or not, dont be fucken toxic, these people need bans, dont nerf killers cause they need buffs and i truly hate the complaints, ill complain, but just to vent. Also, i love playing against the spirit cause it is a true challenge, other killers need it
Why should they get banned for using in-game mechanics? Sure they were being toxic IN-GAME, but that’s not a bannablw offense. I get if they were using exploits or some shit, then yea.. they should get banned. But they’re using in-game mechanics like op perks, clicking, crouch spamming. So why should they get banned? It’s the companies fault that shit like this is in the game, and all the players are doing is using it. They are ass holes obviously there’s no debate on that, but all I’m saying is that they’re using stuff that’s in the game and they shouldn’t get banned for it because it’s the companies fault that shits even in the game. the problem with this game is simply that the survs feel so great when they dominate a weak killer. but howl when a good killer kills them. everything is done for the poor survs so that they can get out of the game without any major problems. at some point nobody plays killer anymore because it's just not fun anymore. the survs they teabaging don't play killers because they don't feel like doing something from other survs. luckily there is no chat at ps4. in this game she felt like god and in another game she will disconnect because she fail.
This is why I love you as a creator. You show games in which you do well and educate people but then also show games where you didn't win because you couldn't because of toxic people. They find it fun because they are the type of people who put others down to elevate themselves. I don't often get time to watch twitch so never see you live but from the chats you have on here, even in your lifestyle choices (food and mental health stuff) you are always bettering yourself rather than putting someone else down. It's sick man, keep it up. I saw recently that you were down a bit - keep a good headspace as best you can and try not to let toxicity ruin you.
It’s so cringe watching these type of people have egos in a game like this. Dbd “competitive” players are the least mechanically skilled or just skilled in general players in any game that has any sort of competitive scene. It’s a game completely balanced around a casual players perspective and it throws off the balance wildly at high mmr play. If you’re playing a 4 man with “pro” players you should run over the killer every game - that’s how this game is made and how it’s going to stay. It’s also why there will never be a serious competitive scene in dbd because it’s way too tilted in favor of the survivors. I’m rank 1 in killer and survivor so it’s not like I’m being biased here, I enjoy both roles. But just like how I get bullied as killer sometimes, I bully killers all the time and I know for a fact that there is no real counter play for them. Congrats to those guys for being good survivors but being toxic when anyone team with a brain will survive 90% + of their matches regardless of any map or killer is just cringe.
Im a survivor main solo and its brutal i get bad teams every game but spirit isn’t OP lol they need to keep her as is cause ive played killer before too im red ranks and it is not fun most of the time...toxic survivors clicking and teabagging i feel your pain (i play xbox so they message me instead)

This right here is the exact reason I've taken a month-long break from Killer, and now that I've hit Rank 2 as Pyramid Head and the MMR system is disabled, I'm honestly too stressed and worried to even attempt playing him. There's zero counterplay to anything like this, BT saves them from any late game hooks, even against strong Killers, and this isn't even taking into consideration the state of Clown and Legion. I LOVE playing Killer, but when it bubbles down to pallet-eating gameplay, it takes the enjoyment away - you no longer feel in control of an 'asymmetrical' Killer game. Watching this video was genuinely infuriating and reinforces my decision to play as a non-toxic survivor until Killer gets their job as the 'power-role' in the game re-established.
They are strong but the killer they've played against isn't even trying while they play like its sort of a grudge match. Maybe the devs designed the game to be like this not the other way around.
Yeah actually this game is made for survivors to enjoy, to have those clutch moments with second chances perks and for everyone not just the best players to have a chance but they forget killers are not AI, and people playing killer are fated to just be the toy for survivors

This reminds me of a semi-old video TuR Jay made that has a very similar situation. He played a killer with a "meme build" (Myers with only one perk) against a Top Tier "Tournament-level" swf group. They then decided to call him trash as they usually would. What made the interaction all the more toxic is that they went out of their way to GO TO HIS STREAM CHAT, and start shit talking him, saying stuff like "you should verse us again, you probably won't get a 4k, you'll just play shit again, etc.". Notice how they say the same stuff to Tru3 here. They're all ganging up on him and bullying him, trying to rile him up and just get a reaction out of him. Which they were sadly successful on, but I honestly can't blame him. It's way too hard to be able to keep your cool on such monumental amounts of bs. While his video did end up on a good note (tldr: he called up a buddy of his to play against said team and ended up annihilating them on stream), I'm sad this one just kinda let the team get off free.
This is why nurse and spirit exist but you habe to realize this clearly needs to be nerfed and if spirit and nurse can match this bullshit then they need need to be changed aswell not so much nurse but spirit it doesnt need to be a outright nerf maybe increase her speed while phasing to 200 percent and increase the duration aswell as increasing the recovery speed in return make it so her footsteps while phasing are much louder because right now the foot steps are completely overshadowed by chase music
This shows why it would help for the killer to have an indication before the match as to whether people are in a swf group. You can sometimes tell pre game but not always. The killer should be allowed to switch and set up accordingly to ensure a competitive match.
The problem about this game are the unbalanced extremes, like a gen rushing 4 man swf that can loop well with Keys and flashlights (survivor side) or a spirit with good addons, stridor,slowdown perks and an ebony, moring off 1st hook (killer side). If you look at the extremes yes, this game is really unbalanced because most of the time you'll see situations where 1 side uses and abuses op stuff and shits on the other side. If you don't count that stuff tho i think the game in the "middle" is quite balanced imo
I believe the best way to balance DBD is not by nerfing or buffing killers and survivors, but by changing certain elements for different ranks. Like increasing the gen time or the number of gens for higher ranks. Sadly this would require the mm system to actually work...

This is why you need a certain mindset when you play killer. You have to go into a game and not give a shit about winning at all. Just enjoy the chases. And if you can't enjoy the chases because you're a weak killer, play a stronger killer. Who cares if you get 1 or 2 kills or maybe none at all. This is a game, games are meant to be played for fun so just enjoy it. It's very sad that you have to think that way, but I can't play killer any other way.

Playing against baby survs was very fun, not because they were easy or give didn't knew what to do, it was because they try to win, didnt T-bag and sat GG (it was kind of cute reading the post game chat, they apologize to their team, ask about what mistakes they did, say gg and accepted their "defeat") The real problem are the players who play a lot and get bored, so they find fun in bullying other people online, the only fun they can get.
The main problem of the Dbd is this - communication - desame perks If they change the perks. Only 1 survivor can use not allowing desame . It will be good and balance Its OK to compete the SWF. But not using COMMUNICATION. it will be fair for all in my opinion this game will be excited and more challenging

I genuinely feel so uneasy reading there messages they send to you. I can’t even put in words how I’m feeling right now. These people are the reason why I stopped playing killer.
Killer mains crying over a 0.01% percentile swf while destroying survs in every match with unlegit hits from 5 meters, wallhack perks and addons, no terror radius, noed, camping and tunneling. You baby killers are so cute... Rly
I once had a game where I chase 1 survivor, all he did is dropping all the pallets that I have to break, and then when I down him, 3 gen is done. After that, even with 4 gen located very closely and I have a pop, I cannot stop them. All they had to do is come back, repair a little or each gen, run when they hear terror radius and repeat until gen is done. If I commit to chase, the gen will only go on faster. Beside all this mess, I hooked the survivor among 3 gen, defending the hooked and 3 gen, I was called a camper.
I had a similar game like this on Leatherface hours ago and yes, he's a bit better but nowhere like Nurse/Spirit. I had high level survivors like this one, on Hawkins too which they did the map insanely good with chases unlike most survivors would be on top with the unbalanced gen speed for high level gameplay. I believe it was an organized 2-man sabotage/saving SWF and two solos (All high red ranks, Rank 1 and 2) Luckily, I was able to capitalize on their altruism at end game with EGC and thank God I have an insta-down. I managed to 4k these survivors but my God, I kept my cool and prevailed. LOL This is for those people who play killer/positive killer mains that have bad games like this against the top percent. It's not easy and it's hard to win.

@LupoGrigioRich01 sorry this isn't a meme build. A meme build for wraith would be distressing, M& abuse and so on. Might not be the strongest build for wraith, but still decent in my opinion.
Tbh I still think the game would have gone the same even with spirit like teams like this are in a league if there own almost completely unbeatable because they abuse all the broken shit in this game
I usualy dislike Tru3 because of his ego, but I was feeling him this time! He has a point on this, but when we continue buff killers to spirit level I would not have fun SoloQ anymore. We need to nerf SWF into the ground. People who want fun with friends can still play, but they will not play on red ranks anymore and people who like to destroy people will have to adapt to a more challenging gameplay. I dont remember when I played a loopable killer last time because of sh1t like this!
you wouldnt want SWF to go agaisnt 20-15s you want swf put them agaisnt the highest MMR Killers on priority either they'll get real good or you'll break their spirit
TrU3, I don't think there is a competitive multiplayer game out there where the top 1% of players can reasonably expect to be competitive with their peers if they don't play the meta. It's like you're a top 1% CS:GO player complaining about getting stomped when you exclusively buy dualies. Yeah, of course you're going to have a very hard time competing with top 1% survivors with a weak killer and a meme build. Why would you expect it to be any different? That said, the viable meta pool for killers+builds seems pitifully small. I wish the devs would rework survivors to be unique like the killers (as much as reasonably possible) and limit each survivor to one per match. One survivor has a stamina bar, one takes a very long to repair gens, one has poor vision, etc. As it stands, they can almost be mirror images of each other so there's no meaningful strengths or weaknesses (aka tradeoffs) to consider when playing one survivor versus another. This makes it very easy for top survivors to stack meta builds and therefore limit killer options significantly.

They don't even understand it. Tru3 is not saying he will beat them with Nurse or Spirit, but those would be the only 2 killers that you have a realistic chance with.
People will never stop playing because of this because this is top 1% of players so most people still go vs just ok survivors so it’s fun for them. Only top players like true who also stream and possibly getting sniped will know the pain and possibly quit. It’s just the sad truth to this game.
True if we’re being honest the only time their perks rlly mattered was at the end with borrowed . And also u said their loops had no counter play? T n L walls are so easy for a killer to mindgame. The real problem is gen speed. that’s what they need to fix
The devs should remove every single safe loop in this game, maybe leave shack pallet. It's unfun for the Killer, and everything unfun for survivors is getting reworked.
Because they have their cronies to back them up. They can afford to act tough (in a 4 vs 1 situation) and form an 'us vs them' mindset. No matter what the '1' says, if anyone of the '4' disagree, they have a herd mentality and can gang up + bully and feel justified in doing so. Pathetic.
