1:27 Okay so i'm not 100% sure but i think that fish is a Candiru (also known as a toothpick fish) They are native to the waters of the amazon rainforest and they are parasitic, attrated by the ammonia on fish's gills so they have a tendency to swim inside a fish's gills and lay eggs inside their "swimming bladders" But the story doesn't end there because they also are attracted to the ammonia found in human piss so there have been cases of these fishes sliding into a person's cock and laying eggs on their bladders. So yeah that guy was doomed.
