The scene with Peter becoming black was from an old episode of Family Guy after the Cleveland Show was cancelled. Clevelands wife Donna did not want Peter and Cleveland hanging out after she got into a fight with Lois. In that scene they were hanging out at the bar when Donna appeared and they shifted skin tones, its actually a good scene because you see Cleveland in whiteface.
