See, the answer is 80 minutes because: if 120 players need 40 minutes to play that, 60 players will do the task twice as slower than 120 people which means 40 minutes multiplied by 2 as 120 / 2 =60 (players). let me give you an example of why i multiplied the time by 2. see, 1 person does a job at a certain speed. but if another person helps him, the speed of doing the job will increase and time taken by them will be divided by 2. So, if 120 people sing a song in 40 minutes, half the amount of the orchestra will sing it in twice the time because of the formula i used before. Hope this helps.
