Memories of the Old Police Academy with Sri Kanthan 

its strange that i have never come across this video. this brought back so many memories. i was from NS34 . this SI Kantan was a cheeky man :-) ...i also have a story..........i was at the parade square in PT kit...and developed a fever there. my Instructor was informed and he told me to go back to the barracks to rest. in those days if you are wearing the PT kit (shorts and tshirt) you are suppossed to jog wherever you go, and if you are sick then you wear pants and white shirt. so o continue, as i "walked back" from the parade square.....SI kantan saw me. He shouted at me and asked me to go down 20........so i decided to give him a scare. i did one push up and never got up. he prodded me a few times and i didnt react. at this time i could hear he was panicking.......finally i got up.....he asked me what happened and i told him i was runnig a fever.....he pulled me up and gently told me to go back and didnt say anything about running....lol......we all feared him. ho could be harsh but he was a joker too. man i miss PA and everything about it. its a pity a massive part of our history as a nation is gone now.
