You'd convince me Earth is flat before you disprove this statement beyond a shadow of the doubt. (Edit: To clarify, I'm strongly inclined to agree with the original statement.)
@@taghreedali1948 yeah I agree, ZomVoid is just one of those clickbait pvz channels that are only made to trick kids and use them for money which I just find sad yet messed up
@@hinotoritheobliterator6556It wouldn't be that bad if they were at least Half Health like Zombie Nibble Zombie Quick in PvZ1 or like Shrinking Violet's Zombies.
@@life_is_a_myth They should probably also just be Level 1. Besides, it ain't 'xactly fair that *they* get to be higher level, while *you're* still forced to use Level 1 plants. Actually makes me wonder if these levels were somehow tested with Level 5s.
I feel like the main problem with all these levels are the objectives. You have really specific ones like the kill zombies with melon pult while you’re facing a level that’s already hard to survive on its own. Plus there’s a timer so better no waste to much time!
And the fabric of reality apparently becomes less stable as the timer ticks down. Wormholes relocate your plants, portals spawn more zombies, and a black hole relocates and possibly even kills your plants. ...do we really need that?
Hey Flag Zombie, I just wanted to say that I truly appreciate your content, like every other one of your subscribers. You earned them all. PVZ2 stands pretty near my heart as a 2006 kid, I remember watching people like Zackscott play the game and listening to the old UB and demonstration minigame music gleefully. Nowadays, it's much more stale, but your content has sort of reignited the spark of which started to become snuffed out with the content being released for the game. I'm really grateful for your content.
8:10 Here is the little fun fact: Jack-in-the-box Zombie when first-released has glitch that if you hypnotize him he will crash the game when he encounter non-hypnotized zombie.
Wow, I was just watching one of your other Horrible Level Design videos when I was notified of this. The more, the better! EDIT: Even better, it was the one featuring the tent gargs. The similarities keep adding up!
PVZ2C has a real talent for making two tent spawning at beginning levels anti game design in different ways. they should just stop with spawning tents beginning of level.
Jack in the box zombie is in the china version ? Damn this make me even more envious of this game , but as Always , thanks for showing off those Amazing level disign with no flaws whatsoever !
it's funny how they brought back Jack in The Box Zombie, even though the game already has TWO counterparts to him (Exploding Zombie and Furnace Zombie) but ig nostalgia over making sense amirite?
I’m literally calling that Jack in the Box Zombie will be one of the next zombies to be added in the versus mode If I actually end up being correct with this by the time the next update comes out, someone please let me know
In this season there is also a level that spams Gargantuas (i believe it's the third) and another one where you have to kill zombies with boom balloon which were really awful and would make for some cool episodes
Other plant if you don't have gumnut is Narcissus , she is really good for the final bucket head zombies, Narcissus removes the armor for all the zombies, ignoring the level of the zombies
I guess If there's one silver lining, the level with the Boom Balloon Flowers was actually a dope puzzle stage. I wonder If that was a level yoinked from the Creative Courtyard, and given objectives in here, because I'm pretty sure a requirement to be a Hard Memory Lane level is to be bullshit. Oh well, at least there was *a* good level.
I KNEW this level was going to show up in this series. Explode-o-nuts are pretty decent as they can damage the tents and stall for the jack in the boxes. Paired with vase-pult the tents don’t last long. (But the melon-pult objective is flat out stupid tho) Besides this (and level 8) This was probably one of the easier hard mode seasons, as I managed to get the glory days, extreme challenge and crazy trip achievements from this one season. (Also magnet shrooms DO NOT work on Jack in the boxes anymore)
@@hovinhhao5235Yeah. I completely forgot that was a thing. However, knowing the devs, they probably made them immune to magnet. Is there a level in normal mode where jack in the boxes are level 1?
Me seeeing the jack in the boxes: oh cool they were added surely they are like their pvz1 counterparts Me seeing how fast they go through a primal wallnut: oh sweet jesus
8:30 The game didn't registered the existence of that zombie when he had just come out of the tent, hence Jalapeno did nothing to him. This one is related to coding , as the object didn't appear despite having showing up animation. Edit: I realized that he talked about the one got stuck in Gumnut's gum. Then I have no clue.
This is probably the most brainf**k level I have ever seen on your channel so far. And no, not even the one with tants spawning Gargs. I doubt that Turkey Pult could have been useful here because of the Melon-Pult objective.
Turkey-pult specializes in dealing with gargs (regardless of their level) as it can spawn another turkey by the time the previous one is destroyed, but high level regular zombies? I don't think that'll go well, especially when the said zombies are faster than usual. sup Lightbolt :p
I think if you used Tallnut you could have actually farmed bugs for melon kills. first time tallnut has been useful. I also think you might have been able to swap out gold bloom for celery stalker to destroy tents, or whatever PvZ2C has that's better than it
I hand’t played pvz 2 in ages but I knew they gave levels to plants, but I just hope the zombies in the U.S. version don’t have levels too because that’d just be another thing that goes against how pvz 1 balanced dangerous enemies
This level wouldnt even be that hard if all plants werent locked behind level 1 a level 3-5 melon pult wouldve taken out those zombies much easier but NOPE, its fucking level 1, where its strength is compareable to trying to destroy a literal armored tank with a god damn slingshot
Correct me if I am wrong, but this one looks kind of nitpicky. Zombies were plentiful and had high health so that you are forced to use instas, they were small and fast so that you are forced to use stalling, and there is melon kills objective so you are forced to use attackers - seems like balanced challenge to me. And it looked like there were several moments, when using plant food on melon instead of using insta plant would net many kills. Also, to the points of "you have to do something specific", "you have to use something specific", "it's too hard", - isn't that literally how challenging strategy game is supposed to be?
This is why I prefer the Penny's Pursuit and Arena in PVZ2 Vanilla because at least it doesn't force the player to complete the objectives to beat the levels and it makes them optional.
Can I just say that I absolutely hate the Jack “redesign?” It’s funny to me that when it comes to remaking PvZ1 zombies nowadays, the international team makes the designs worse with weird animations, and the Chinese team just traces art and reuses animations from the source material.
