Thank you so much for the great ideas!! I’ve got so much memory wire and never thought to do a charm bracelet like that - not to mention a couple other ideas you presented. I’m going to go in there and make some memory wire jewelry!! You’ve inspired me🤩🤩
sorry to be offtopic but does someone know a trick to get back into an instagram account..? I stupidly forgot the password. I love any help you can offer me!
I've read that if you don't have special memory wire cutters, that you can bend the wire back and forth until it breaks, that it WILL damage regular wire cutters, as she says. I don't have any special wire cutters and I will try this. Thank you for your video. UPDATE: bending the wire back and forth until it breaks worked for me.
Hello, great tutorial. I would like to ask you, are there not any gauge sizes like in the artistic wire? As well, I will thread and shape the memory wire through a hollow leather cord to be used as a necklace. The necklace will be 3/4 of a circle. What diameter of memory wire would you recommend? Does it get only in 3.6"? Thanks a lot for your help.
Hi! I haven't tried to make a necklace in a long time, but I think the wire diameter (coiled) is around 3.5 to 4.0 inches. Then, when you spread out the loops, it will fit a like a necklace. I haven't really found gauge sizes, only flat versus round wire.. Hoe this helps some!
I have been making memory wire bracelets for years and I love it, but the sizes are an issue with selling them. I love to make them, so I have up to 75 bracelets and rings - but they only fit my tiny wrists and fingers. I love the wrap style so there are multiple loops (up to 10 or 12) - but I cannot find different sizing for the varying sizes of women’s wrist and fingers. The memory wire is either far too small or way too large. Do you know where I can get memory wire with all sorts of ranges in size? Or is there a design to make the wrap style of the memory wire rings and bracelets to be adjustable or flexible?
E6000 starts getting tacky in approximately 2 minutes and begins setting in approximately 10 minutes. A full cure takes between 24 and 72 hours, depending on temperature and humidity.
Thank you for the video. It gave me an idea. I'm wondering looking at the part where you say never to loop both sides before putting on the beads, if you could wire wrap some beads or charms on or attach them with jump rings making something similar to the charm one you showed.
May be a stupid question, but I bought small memory wire. Should I return it since it won't fit most wrists, or keep it? I had no idea they came in different sizes. Not sure what else I can use it for. Very, very newbie here 🙂. Thank you!
I've only been making jewelry for about a year and I'm Just getting into memory wire and LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!! Its hard to work with as far as muscle but the results are fantastic. I love your earring ideas!!!! Thank you SO much for sharing them.
Hello,, I ordered bracelet memory wire, and got necklace memory wire, then when I ordered again, I got the bracelet memory wire but it was very flimsy, how can I order the proper memory wire, as I normally get it from Amazon.? I got 250 loop bracelet memory wire, that was the right size but not strong enough ,, and flimsy. Any help welcome, and Thank you.👍💐🌺🌹🌷❤️
I’m starting to make woman’s bracelets and am using memory wire , I sell at different types of events and am wondering what sells best for you ? Glass beads or wooden , single loop or multi-loop ? I’ve invested in several colors to go with the beads ( I have both types ) and as of now I use 5 different types of chains and 4 different colors of leather ! I’m a retired trucker and just want to keep busy . I’ve been pricing them at 4x the cost of material and would like to know your thoughts on that also ! Thank you for your time !
WOW!!! That Charm Bracelet is absolutely beautiful. I LOVE how it's adjustable! How did you do that?? It's amazing. Would it be possible for you to do another video, in which you demonstrate how to make the Charm Bracelet? That would be so great, because I would LOVE to make it, but I can't see how you did it. Thank you so much. Love from Amanda in Australia ❤️
Thank you for sharing your ideas for using memory wire. I was baffled when I received some ring memory wire now I can use all memory wire I have in new ways.
Thanks for a nice, concise tutorial. Memory wire has come a long way since my first projects with it. My favorite technique was how to make the bracelet adjustable. Actually, all ideas were new and fresh to me.
