Hackenbench... Singeltary is coaching this team a lot like his job in SF, and from the looks of it has an equally poor staff. A lot like how he coached in SF but without Frank gore. A lot of predictable running plays, passing game is un-inspiring and totally ineffective. in SF He benched an ineffective Alex smith too, Troy smith did all he could which wasn't enough. Vernon davis was a mess as was Dre' Bly. Lot of parallels here with Memphis. Heres how you beat a Mike singletary team... Stack the box and dare them to throw. Their biggest pass play is a go route and hope your corner commits the DPI/holding. You only need to score ~20 points to beat this team. Hopefully they can turn things around though!!

I dont want the AAF to take over the NFL i want them to absorb each others ideas and become an all year football game. NFL during the fall / winter and the AAF during spring and summer. Allowing the teams to have the offseasons to to rest and draft players like normal. Also the nfl should think about the aaf way of officiating too

What happened to Hackenberg he came out of HS as a top QB played great his freshman year at Penn State then just fell flat on his face it looks like he cant or doesn't read defenses but Once Memphis switched up quarterbacks then the game got interesting. I love the AAF hope it sticks around for a while

From what I've seen so far: Orlando and San Antonio may be the best teams.

These games keep getting better! Really want to see Hackenberg succeed, super high football IQ. Can’t seem to get it together on the field if it’s not Bill O’Brien calling plays. Still, fun ass games to watch! Keeping me sane waiting for Offseason to start and dealing with College Basketball and NBA.

Closer than I would have liked, but I'm glad the Apollos won. Memphis though, looking better than that Week 1 team. Don't let their record fool you. They might be a sleeper in the works.

Week One I decided to root for the Apollos on name alone (really we need more Greek and Roman myth sports team names), but I HATE that "TakeAim" hashtag because I'm a total nerd and it reminds me of Taking AIM, an Avengers story from 1995 that featured an Avengers roster of Captain America, Black Widow, Vision, (okay so far) and a whole bunch of losers no one's ever heard of like the Black Knight, Crystal, and Deathcry. I know, I know, it's a minor quibble and I'm lucky the team is good. Just want to put that out there.
