+Titan Thief23 i think it is because he takes so much pride in his music i met him and had a conversation with him in private and he said he is more passionate about his music and speaking to the younger generation then making the money that they do
Memphis may fire is fucking bad ass live, they always have been, saw them in Pomona theater (28th February) and even with the venue quality sounding shitty they fucking rocked it
I agree. I think Unconditional was not a bad album in my opinion because I know Matty just trying to making the world a better place and he's not judging anybody, and I see that he is more than a Christian, he's not different than anyone else, he's just being who he chooses to be. But I think the band should engage more in the composition of the lyrics and not let Matty do everything, not that he can't say what he thinks but put the opinions of the rest of the band as a whole in the paper . I think even though Matty write the lyrics talking about the love of God or Jesus, I don't think that makes him a fanatic he is just sharing a love that we all should receive but it's up to us to decide ourselves.
Arthur Ramalho Thank you good sir for not being a judgemental douche and actually understanding. My faith in humanity has been slightly restored thanks to you.
This was incredible to watch. After years of touring almost non stop and headlining a ton, it seems as if Matty's vocals are the strongest they've ever been RIGHT NOW. That is pretty fucking incredible.
They are so good live.!! I saw them in Vero Beach, FL when they were touring with DGD, Palisades and CTE and it was the ABSOLUTE BEST concert I had ever gone to. You absolutely have to see them at warped, you won't regret it.!!(:
I love MMF they're one of my top favorite bands ever. I appreciate the music they play so much. I've been to warped this past summer and they were very, very good live. And can we just take a moment to appreciate how perfect they are :D
After watching many videos from this years Warped Tour, I can honesty say that MMF is the only band that isn't sloppy. Their instrumentation is perfect, and the vocals (cleans and screams) are consistently great. I see a lot of people complaining that Matty doesn't get into the music as much as he used to, but as bands grow and play longer and longer sets, its hard to go all out head banging every song and not get winded. Its one thing when you play a 20minute set, but it's different when you are playing an hour or longer. Matty knows his limits and makes it so the vocals always sound great. No offense to Caleb, but go watch a Beartooth video from this years Warped Tour and the vocals are sub par. Caleb practically sounds like he's ready to pass out.
Ooh man! I agree man ... His scream is a little weird in live conserts ... But when its low scream its louder i think... And end up better than high scream
maybe u already know, he's use both scream and clean i think he's manage his vocal well eventho it's sound lighter than the recording version, instead just screaming wildly and sacrifice his vocal chord on such unmanaged performance
@@rogerrabbit2902 went a bit heavier into the deathcore genre. Bands like: Shadow of Intent, Chelsea Grin, Traitors. I also listen to a ton of metalcore still like: Convictions, Currents, Like Moths To Flames. MMF just faded out for me tbh.
I was listening to prove me right on my galaxy and then I went on RU-vid and it said MMF song one so I watched it and it was prove me right. I crack myself up
hate comments that say shit about the crowd. this is vans warped tour. obviously mmf is one of the last bands to play, so everyone in the crowd has been raging all day, in the hot ass pomona weather. they're tired. lay off em
Such an amazing band live, loved them during the Challenger era although nowadays Matty seems to be well fed under the "rockstar-saviour" icon. Don't get me wrong, I still like his music, and his live vocals never cease to amaze me, but I just can't help but notice how much fame has gotten into his head.
I was all the way in the front I almost died ...everyone kept pushing and I got hit on the head when they were crowd surfing ..although it was still fun 😅
Wow Matty actually giving a shit about his performance, however this is only the beginning of Warped, I'm sure the intensity will fade. But still best I've heard him
Memlhis may fire, pffff more like Memphis May pinch harmonic!!! Get it?! Ha!!! (Big silence....shuting door) ok i'm out, the song was great!! More upload please!!!
They only have the signs up saying no moshing and no crowd surfing because if they have up the signs they can't get sued like they did a few years ago or almost did im not sure exactly. But if there is moshing or crowd surfing they don't stop it, the signs are there only so they can't be sued that's all.
During this song at the mesa show some girl had a seizure in the pits and i was getting the moshers to stop moshing and they did and we all yelled to stop the song and im glad they did to carry that girl out, sucks that she missed out due to the heat and the over fucking priced water and the free one not being as refreshing
I was in that pit I've been looking for more about her and how's she's doing but haven't found anything, they said it was heat exhaustion but I saw it happen and that's not what heat exhaustion looks like she got hit in the head I have it on video while I was recoding
Dustin Trinklein It is a vocal technique that is used to not voice crack and helps the cords transition between notes and ranges. without the the "yip", their vocals would either strain or not transition correctly and would not warm up for the next note. as annoying as it is, it is the safest technique when you're singing and screaming
