Yup, I see people say something like "He just had a good lawyer." , "the judge was biased", "he paid for the win.", "The victim let them win." etc. they will come up with anything in their head to KEEP them guilty.
I’m not 100% on this, as I’m not a lawyer, but I think Defamation of Character applies as a lawsuit on behalf of people who were falsely accused of something. I also think that was Johnny Depp’s counter lawsuit to Amber Herd as well.

I don't understand why some people are so eager to demonize others over an accusation, especially when the facts are gonna come out eventually. It doesn't do anyone any good to prematurely believe something when the truth is bound to be revealed anyway. Lots of people just like to believe whatever they want so they can say "I told you so" if it's actually revealed to be the truth, but they don't understand how messed up it is to muddy an innocent person's name, mud which leaves a stain that never comes out.
This is just like what happened to the to the RU-vidr kwite a couple months ago when some dick head named Orion accused him of rape, transphobia, and being an emotionally abusive person. He even leaked kwites face against his wishes and basically destroyed his online anonymity .So many people kept saying that kwite was guilty without even giving him a chance to say his side and you would get shit on if you even tried to say innocentil proven guilty. Literally not long after the allegations kwite responded with a hour and a half long video explaining why not only did he not do the things he was accused of, but how Orion was actually the person being emotionally abusive and an overall piece of shit. To my knowledge kwite still hasn't come back since he stated how all of this was exhausting. Orion and the people who said kwite was guilty never even apologized and this pretty much just ruined his career. People like this who always jump to conclusion are just the absolute worst.
Usually if people do that it’s because it’s someone they don’t like so as soon as they get a opportunity to bash that particular person they do that’s why it be so hard to accept they didn’t do it

This is so relevant. The corporations have their agents. When they've been proven guilty in their system, they sweep the whole story under the rug as if the lying accusations never even happened. Wow.
Hence why I say that women should get jail time for lying. Because even if the man has been proven innocent, his name will be forever sullied. But we ain't talking about that🙃
Both genders should get jail time if they lie. Even if 90% of the time it's the woman. But even if this was a law I doubt it will ever really matter because you have to think just because the other person was proven innocent doesn't necessarily mean the person that accused them lied. (In the courts eyes) So you would need evidence that the other person new the truth and even if you had the evidence you would need to take the person to court which would waste a lot of time and money so no one would really do that.

I remember a case of an up and coming talent in a sport getting accused of that sorta assault. Bro lost 6 years of his life under all that pressure and every sort of side eye and mental breakdown for something he didn’t do. What happened to the girl who accused him? No one knows like damn. Bro most def didn’t even get any sort of compensation. And the girl didn’t even get convicted of shit.

This is really right on point. Look to what happened to Johnny Depp, Vic Mignogna, and so many other guys that were accused. Their lives get ruined and their reputations get dragged through the mud. Saw a tweet recently where the tweeter said something along the lines of "Even if she lied, believing her was the compassionate thing to do, you staying neutral makes you bad, it's not your job to think objectively, that's for the court". So basically, compassion is only for women, not everybody.
Angry Joe almost got hit with the cancel attack a few years ago. A woman "came out" stating she was pressured by Angry Joe to be with him. When he got news of this, he got a lawyer. He then posted a video saying that he would take this allegation very seriously. Next thing you know, the woman accusing him takes a break from social media, and her long post detailing what happened gets deleted. He needed to hire someone to prove his innocence while she only had to open her mouth.
I was going hard about that Sukihana situation when dude was hella thirsty to her in an interview. I was tagging spiritualworld, shade room, and more.
