I’d agree to the logic that the other guy posted lots of other shady stuff I see brought out by other minorities. And if it was my water they were dumping into I’d be walking up to them with a 12 GA. As well as telling us what to do with our bodies . If they can put that much effort and all that Which takes away our constitutional rights you think they could put some energy into some things that truly need addressing in the state of Florida.

That is not normal anywhere. There is people with common sense, and criminals that just don't care. All the illegal dumping happens so they can pocket the money it cost to dispose it, the right way. Happens all the time on SW Miami Dade. Police are now arresting and throwing the book on them.
The worst part about this is that you cannot go anywhere in Florida and dump something like this without contaminating the water below. I remember when I lived there we were told that Florida was just a sand bar with hundreds of thousands of tunnels and caves underneath where sea water and springs flowed, which is apparently why there were so many sinkholes. I remember being warned by my teachers there at a young age about dumping liquids randomly because we'd end up drinking it eventually if we did it.
Your teacher was right. We all need to demand clean practices and more protection of our environment and our safety as well as responsibility to all living creatures. Practices that may threaten earth's wellness should not be tolerates for any reason. This includes water, air, and land, sea life, and all living creatures including trees.
I watched a story about China a few years back that said they have a huge underground reservoir of fresh water but it's been made toxic and unfit for use.
Why does Florida have so many unscrupulous, unethical people with no reservations of breaking the laws? They need to pay for the clean up which will not help the get ahead.
Easy remedy! You get rid of their licenses and force them to sell their equipment. There are plenty of people who would love to take their place to know how to abide by the law. This is ridiculous!

Someone dumped the waste from porta potties in a small pond at a baseball park in a city near me. The water was bright blue and it took months to clean up.
If it is just muddy water from hydro excavating and not actual sewage does it still need to be treated? I've never run a vac truck or hydrovac so I have no idea when wastewater treatment is required or not required.
They have footage of him doing it at multiple locations, they've arrested him and his son before (so they have his info), and he drives around a huge marked truck. FLPD at it's finest. 🤦🤷

This is done by AMERICAN company's! If the guy is a migrant, he is working for an American company here in America. If he owns the truck he should be arrested and prosecuted and his truck taken. Criminals come from EVERY country, including America.
This time do your damn job and impounded vehicle make them spend a couple thousand to $20,000 to get the f****** thing back and they'll quit dumping this time you let him off scot-free just put some of the employees in jail and don't do nothing to the big guy
They should mandatory a taskforce following that truck around. In unmarked vehicles so that they will never known when they're being watched. The fine should be heavy. They should also lose their license to do that type of work, with some jail time

Apparently getting caught the first time didn’t have big enough consequences. State may want to close that company down. But they won’t until people start dying from it. You can't expect people from a lawless country to come here and follow laws. Some will but you shouldn't expect it to be the norm. Most of the world has few safety and environmental laws.
His driver's license and business license should be revoked and he should spend a few years in jail having to go out and clean up things like this by hand.
Dont forget kids, in Florida you can stop someone committing a fellony by any means necessary. The amount of damage to the environment this guy is doing is worth more than he is.
