This is our Ghanaian mentality they never plan for long term system. Selfishness is our problem. They always try to bring you down, main while you are helping the person. This lady is very straight forward. I like her. Well done keep it up.

It’s not like aging, it’s like how she carry herself now. Eating, sitting, watching TV and sleeping without doing any exercise will lead her overweight. And will not help her body to be strong. Ghanaian like fat buddies and so forth 😂
