exactly, i went to catholic elementary/middle school and currently go to a catholic high school (despite being an atheist lol) and there was ONE health class in like 5th or 6th grade. i didn't even participate in it for some reason. everyone took it as a joke. and i'm pretty sure there is no health class in my current school (i'm not really sure because i spent my freshman year at home due to covid and we only had the main subjects taught to us). it's ridiculous honestly. they think that just because it's religious that some kids won't have sex or won't get stds or something when they eventually do have sex. and it's funny bc catholic school kids are hornier than public school kids, in my experience lmao.
