I have a choice between a simple electric guitar, and a simple bass guitar, which would be better, for-, mostly I like men I trust, some of the marias songs, some of the alvvays songs, strongboi, tops the band. Etc. Indie alternative I guess?

I learnt of this band from an interview with Dean DeLeo on a podcast. He really talked this band up so I immediately went and listened, of course I immediately listened Dean DeLeo recommended them! I didn’t even wait for the podcast to be over. I was not disappointed. Thank for the Vid Marty! You are awesome

Your teaching style worked very well for me. thanks for taking your time to carefully explain chords and finger placements, as well as chord shapes relative to other chords in the song. I'm still a beginner and trying to learn shapes on the fretboard and how they relate, so this was super helpful. Also thank you for not rushing through it, i'm able to actually keep up and play along while slowly training these new finger placements. Poor finger dexterity is a real challenge sometimes.

Is there any chance that in the future there will be a lesson for songs by Black Label Society / Zakk Wylde? I get that many of these songs can be challanging and not the kind of music that is featured here normaly. However I think that there absolutely are tracks that many people can play and almost everyone can appreciate. "Lost Prayer" or example is one of the songs that is quite achievable.

i can’t say for certain what he used in this, but (at least on the katana) the stock phaser, heavy octave, and spring reverb together get you pretty close to the album sound
