was really rooting for Montana but he staggered his jump on the last hurdle while Eastern Kentucky beautifully and in one flow jumped over great race

@@blainejohnson9954 Yes because long distance coaches don’t emphasize knee lift. One of the perks of being coached by a sprinter coach for long distance was having good form lol

@@eternalnjem it has always shocked me how Olympic runners sometimes have super inefficient running form, like they’re top of the game and lots of respect to them, but having proper upper body movement and knee drive save so much energy

Sorry ESPN coverage sucks. They talk a lot but not about anything a runner wants to hear. Amazing they didn't go away to some other event in the middle of the race.
