There’s no doubt Morozov is good, it’s just that Dressel can do many more events than him. From what I’ve seen, Morozov is exceptionally good at the 50 and 100m free, and 50m fly. Dressel has done much more than that though. Although neither of them will live up to the name that Phelps did.
