a javelin thrower is very very complete, different than other throwers. They run jump lift, pfff is very complicated. But they are not that muscular or big, they do a lot of powerlifting though..
Javelin throwers like myself, do specific weight lifting. Like power lifts to increase explosiveness. You do workouts that increase flexibility, and increase arm velocity. Also just overall strength like squats and things
