not even that. The grand slams happen every year, but aside from All English Open, the world championships happen three times in four years, Sudirman/Thomas/Uber Cup every 2 years and Asia Games only every 4 years. It's much harder to get the super grand slam in badminton.

Oh i forgot, LD never played in Commonwealth Games since China is not part of the Commonwealth 😂 Don't get me wrong, i do have my utmost respect to LCW for his work ethic, competence and what he achieved on tour. But to be honest, to call LD v LCW is a rivalry like non other before (a.k.a legendary rivalry) is waaaay too much. LD never bothered by LCW to win major titles and important occasion.

Cheng Long was overshadowed by LD achievement so hard and yes, people were rooting for LCW in 2016 and I think that makes CL played with no pressure. He's still one of the best. And yes for TH... he has his unique style... a real natural gem
