Its too good experiment to showcase how women are facing periods in every month its my 1st time watching like there is a gadget for period simultor is existed . I didn’t experience this kind of simulator but the reaction in these men show the hard faces of women how they are facing the situations evey month . Happy women’s day to all the women around the world ❤

All we see is people in the video yelling from the cramps and pain and those watching the video would be probably just see their outward response to pain which is physically induced. But the underlying facts about periods that many missed admist of the fun: 1. Uncontrollable shaking of legs due to unbearable pain. 2. Numbness from the lower abdomen till the feet. 3. Unable talk, handle things, sit, stand/walk or even lay properly due to aching back and stomach. 4. Involuntary sweating at one minute and extreme coldness the next minute. 5. Unbearable irritation while listening to the people next to you speak when you're in pain (sometimes we feel like yelling at the opposite person when they expect you to respond to them if they ask something, while we can't even barely speak or nod our head). 6. Doesn't feel like eating anything, going anywhere or even to work sometimes due to extreme cramps (vomitings, motions, weakness etc) (Ofcourse these are somethings personally I experience every month during my periods) P.S: Periods is not just about the physical pain we feel but it's also a psychological pain we go through every month for not just one day but for 5-7 days and till we menopause (approx. 50yrs to be exact, every month from the day we experience our PMS for the first time at 11 or 12 yrs). Don't compare periods and pregnancy with any other stress, pressure or pain. Because it's just not something physical we have to deal with. We have to face physical, mental, emotional, psychological pain at at the same time along with people nagging beside us without complaining and normalising periods as though everyone goes through the same pain.

Today in my college , period simulator conducted I have also participated and I came to know that it is a painful process for every female going through the periods 😔I will take care of my woman in that situation and I learnt how to help that at condition ❤
