Big Show was heavier than Viscera but only because he was taller. Viscera had more mass on him.

I guess that makes sense. The MythBusters showed that carrying around an equivalent weight to a human but as raw weight is less feasible than actually carrying that person due to being able to move their limbs in such a way that makes it convenient. So if someone's just so large that all you're grabbing is their torso it would be problematic.

Cena's lifted pretty much every super heavyweight in his career. I still think his greatest feat of strength was when he lifted Big Show AND Edge at the same time for an AA.

Chokeslams are usually helped by the person getting "slammed" even when the guys are normal weight. You are trying to lift someone with your arm extended out, without actually "choking" them. So of course Kane and Undertaker never lifted him, because he couldn't jump that high to help make it look good for t.v. I'm sure you know this, yet I felt like I had to explain why Big Show's Bodyslams looked better than BoD's chokeslams 😂

Cena and Henry seemed pretty stable tho

Cena was able to fireman carry them throw him over his head, that's prob the hardest one in this list

Bobby lashley and big show are the only real strong one, the F5 is basically a fireman’s carry which is the most easiest way to lift a person which is why it’s favoured by firefighters. However picking up someone while they are centred standing is harder to pickup.

Viscera was about 6’7. You can usually subtract 2-3 inches from wrestlers’ billed height to get their actual height. I remember The Big Show being interviewed where he said he was a legit 6’11 and when he had that spat with Shaq you could tell he was noticeably shorter as Shaq is 7’1.

Slamming him is way more impressive. Cena is trying lift him on his shoulder, while the the people slaming him are using their arms. There is a reason why kane lifting big show is impressive than any of time cena or brock lift him on their shoulders.

It's called that because that's how firemen are trained to carry people because it's literally the easiest way for one person to pick up another person. John Cena is without a doubt a super strong athlete. However, when it comes to pure lifting, Henry is by far the strongest. His super total (bench + squat + deadlift from powerlifting + snatch + clean and jerk from weightlifting) is even to this day one of the highest in human history.

Big show is humble but there is now way John Cena would lift Viscera the way Big Show did in this video. Big show is so humble man. He his clearly the stronger guy.

I think it was perhaps the fact that Viscera was not nearly as athletic as the Big Show to help his opponents lift him. Cena seemed like he exhausted his strength just picking him up because at WrestleMania 25 he picked up Edge on top of Big Show & that's certainly more than 600 pounds. Also I imagine it would be much difficult to grip Viscera due to his body shape than Big Show.
