Easy. Samantha was preggers and MDC hooked up with Erica among others. MDC was booed up with Erica when he moved on to the next sugar momma Yandy. To save face and secure his safe spot, he denied Erica while Yandy was a buffet table to other men. Yandy ends up with MDC and tried to take over his life when he was sent away. Yandy proclaims she loved all the kids but kidnapped LMDC threw Erica out of her house leaving her and her son homeless. Lied about being legally married and had Samantha jumped. Still trying to maintain her sweetheart image but dealing with a known drug dealer.
Interesting how they all smile when they talk about him. The man wasn't being truthful to anyone. He just wants to put it all behind him, but see this is where you realize that some women are just girls trapped in grown bodies. Because when a young girl gets hurt she ponders her life over and over and wraps her life around why she got hurt and blames herself. However when a woman is hurt, she acknowledges that she's been wronged, she acknowledges that it was not her fault and even though it'll be hard, she moves on. That's why I believe the first baby mother, she handles it maturely every time. She doesn't seem like she truly wants Mendeecees, like sure she wishes they didn't part, but she's not trying to get in between his new relationship, she just wants Yandy to respect her rights as a mother. Regardless of how much she loves her son, boundaries are still very important. Yandy does not want to acknowledge that Mendeecees cheated on her and brought another baby into their relationship because it doesn't sit right with her, so to make herself feel good or to try and reassure herself, she flashes the ring. Then, we find out that she didn't send in her marriage papers.. now ask yourself why? She flaunts the ring but won't send the papers because she's afraid that Mendeecees is not fully mature enough nor ready to commit to her 100%. Sure he feels he's done with the cheating but she's still hurting. And doesn't want to get stuck in a marriage if there's a chance that the man may still cheat on her, again.
