I always enjoyed walking the fences and patching them, of course that was years before everyone had a phone in their pocket. A lot of time to reflect on life and to talk to God. Thanks for sharing!

So very true! I miss the days when I could drive a car, hike up a mountain and just live life without the phone in my pocket. It's funny how I never worried about anything. Today it just feels strange to leave the house without it. I'm tempted to give it a try some days. 👍

I love it! I had one as a teen, and I know it's a surprise, but it didn't survive. It was a ball thought. And my dad got mad at me for doing donuts too! What a fun project it will be when you do get into it.

They say the old broncos were the most modified vehicles in American history. I believe it. They all got used for their intended purpose that's for sure. Doing donuts in the family car is definitely a rite of passage. My dad has a funny story about that that I will see if he can share it with everybody. Yep, he did it too! 🤣

I enjoy watching someone younger than me enjoy a ford as I was a ford guy in the fifties and just never changed. All of them have foreign parts makers now and have gone south on respect for our peoples pocket books. Not everything is bad about any make or model but greed and taking the jobs overseas is a travesty. I am thinking that you are aware of a channel called C&C equipment. They feature making old equipment run and have principally John Deere or Cat equipment for their repair videos. Also sell pieces and parts for the Jeep people. Not sure as my memories of how things were built and how close to the same different companies made their vehicles but do believe a lot of the body parts from Jeep would fit bronco's. AMC used everyones pieces and parts to make their own version of transportation. Since many Broncos were close in design, it would be interesting as to how many different things interchange with the other body parts. I fell in Love with a J30 Jeep that had a ford engine and GM 400 turbo hydramatic transmission, all factory installed. I had big dreams for it but a injury took away all of my dreams... along with a grandson I thought I could trust, loved like a child I should of had myself. I never had any kids of my own, and because of me .... I hope I can express what I am thinking, my wife had kids already, we were poor, and so just loved her kids as my own. What does this have to do with a Bronco video, .... well now that I ask myself why or what I was thinking, I have lost that idea already. I guess I must have the same problems our leaders in office have, a total forgetfulness of what why or who is responsible for our now terrible mess. I drove big rigs down in the continental states before coming to alaska and see those wide open spaces. That part I could enjoy but don't put me near a town that has over twenty to fifty people living in the area. Sorry to take up so much of your time reading my malarkey. I add no values to anyone for the stuff that runs through my mind.. enjoy good times ahead and pray we all make it through another phony election.

I very much enjoyed the read and thank you for the kind words. Although I try to keep the channel apolitical I too am worried about the future of our nation. Since I began the channel it has become obvious to me that the values and Traditions that I love are fading away. As far as parts interchangeability on the Bronco I'm not aware of much more than some simple drivetrain components. Like you, I am happiest in the middle of nowhere! 😊

In the 60s. My family had a Twenty and a very similar road grader. Except ours had pnumatic tires. One of the neighbors restored the grader and it sits on display in his front yard my older sister sold the Twenty . I dont know if she scrapped it or sold it toa collector

Glad to see the bronco getting a chance to stretch its legs out. Although I've never had one, I do have a serious soft spot for them. Especially with my family in CO being all about them. I absolutely love Rob's. Back when my mom and dad were dating, they all used to go four wheeling in CO with Uncle Bob Aunt Cindy. My dad still had (still has) his fj40, while the CO family all had broncos, lol. They are in my roots. Beautiful machine, and the patina is fantastic. Don't let it go anywhere.

I remember that Bronco too. Dark blue 77, it has all the goodies and a C4 automatic. If my memory is correct they have/had a full size 79. They were the last year of the box frame. The fjs were a really good off roader too. Broncos are still everywhere in our family. 😊

It's been a few years since I fixed fence, but I really don't miss it much. Nice to watch tho! My dad gave me hell for spinning the tires, and he said, "When you can afford to pay for the tires, you can spin them all you want!" Dad was pretty upset with me.

"I need to move things to get to everything else" welp now Im in the same club 🤣. How many Acres you got fenced in? Your Broncho needs some engine tune up. Looks like its running somewhat rich and as for the blue smoke it's a rings related issue. Honestly I would swap out the incorrect radiator and get a mechanical fan on the bully. These electric fans, are not among my favorites.
