honestly trying to find a good SA is hard work sometimes! I was in Balenciaga the other day and went with a random one and it was AWFUL... then my regular SA saw me and basically just took over LMAO! This poor other guy looked mortified, but he was literally awful. Are you finding the service overall is worse in Canada or is it the same?

Usually on SLGs I hardly ever Hot press them incase I want to resale them….and believe me once you hot stamp that item the resale value is pretty much gone. The only items I resale is the bigger keepall bags that have the luggage tags on them.
