Mam Mae last four years se use kar Rahi cup but recently mujhe cup se leakage hone laga to maene new cup liya but ye to bahot pain karta insert karne ke bad or leakage bhe hojata or to or mujhe ureene pass karne ke bad pain bhe ho raha period over bhe ho gya but ureene pass karne ke turant bad pain bhe ho raha Mae kya Karu mujhe napkeen me comfortable nahi rahta cups me bahot comfortable rahta hae but last period bahot painful raha or cup remove karke mujhe napkeen use karna pada kya ye kisi infection ki wajah se hae kya Mae ab cup use nahi kar paungi pls suggest but abhi to mujhe test bhe karwana padega after ureene discharge mujhe pain hota hae ye kuch last period ke first day se hua hae

Pls take care of her calcium intake,she can have mood swings and low energy,easy tiredness,hot flushes and heat in body. Give her good food with calcium,vit. D,dark chocolate. Give her ur support and love even when she becomes angry or irritable over Lil things ..give her proper space and let her know u are there. Tc 😊

U should try small sized cup....it really hurts to remove it but u'll get used to it....i'm 20 yrs old & i use small sized cup.

I am 24 but small cup is perfect for me.. So don't use pads...

While taking out the cup never pull it out by just holding the stem. With the help of stem grab the base of your cup (with a fingure and thumb) and squeeze/pinch it so that vaccum is released, then it will be lot easier to take out the cup and won't be a hassel. Without releasing the vaccum and just pulling it out with force is painfull and a nightmare. Also be relaxed while doing so.
