See,look at it go, assuming that England fans actually think they are entitled to win and ignoring the fact it's all designed to be self depricating humour but lacking the capcity to understand that. "Football's coming home' last euro's because you had an unfair amount of home advantage while not hosting the tournament and not being a good host? Moaning about referees decisions with a lack of reason only Brazilians and some other 3rd world people manage. Winning it "again" while you have never won it? Asking the Danish goalkeeper whether it would it would make him happy England beat him because the English people had such a hard time with covid and football would be coming home? England is certainly not the home of international football, they long felt too special for that. Yes I can see the humour in that, but not the self depriciation, just blindness for their own sense of entitlement. Try another perspective for once, like you are just one of the football countries with 50 million + people. All nationals chauvinisms are equal, all countries supporters and fans seem to understand that but the English. Yes, there has been self depreciating humour too and that is appreciated, but there is also an entitlement issue.
