I wonder if one could build a bigger size die and put this one inside it in order to have a larger die that is more visible to a parlor or stage audience yet with the same functionality... If I 3D print a larger die with a socket in its exact middle where this one could go... hmmm...
For everyone complaining about the low price... Anyone that just watches the trailer for this effect will find the method... for free. It makes the pricing debate pretty much redundant. Your average laymen isn't going to be looking up magic effects in their spare time. Focus more on your presentation, and less on the 'what ifs'. The same argument could made about any effect, if someone really wants to take the time out of their day to find the method of an effect that you've purchased from a well-known magic shop, they will. End of story.
I knew I should have bought one instead of 2 wallets when I was in shop lol. However I must say wallet by Nicholas Lawrence is probably by accident.. the best peek wallet on the market 👍
Im upset about this release. Its too cheap and too many inexperienced hobbyist magicians are going to ruin it for the professionals who use better more expensive versions.
"I can do something and no one else should be able to do it". People have been fooled by methods they know, maybe where even told just before. Even magicians where fooled by methods they know. The dice is a gimmick, if your trick (performance, story, misdirection , etc) is good enough, they won't have a clue. Don't blame someone else.
@@88Stefan I think what hes reffering to is that more magicians that do this trick the increase risk of the secret getting out. When other versions cost £900 it kept it out of the hands of the curious and inept.
@@NA_49 I totally get that. But isn't that the case with every trick/method? Maybe not the same price range, but you would have the same problem for example with an invisible deck. Makes that the invisible deck unusable? And than again, there are gaming dices on kickstarter that you can use with your phone. So technology advances. Which maybe asks for more creativity from the magicians, which I don't think is a bad thing. I get that price difference, but if someone can pay that much for a trick/method, I hope they are good and creative enough to hide the dice behind the performance, another method, misdirection, a story, etc.
