This was great - thank you for the inspiring message. I particularly like that you are not enforcing outright avoidance of negativity, rather; negativity is needed to balance external and internal positivity (IMO). You’ve recognized that even though those negative forces are needed, we shouldn’t dwell on them and instead return to thinking positively as fast as possible. Thank you

Lots of great tools to use to choose light, life, peace and joy. I love that we are encouraged to "be in love with ourselves!" Thank you Mark and Shirzad for your light and kindness.

Maybe someone’s gonna read this…. He mentioned the origin of the Judge. To some extend I agree with his view, yet I do believe there’s so much more to it. I’m up to 30:00 where he speaks about falling back in love with one’s self, the childhood picture and contemplating who you really are etc etc…. Not sure if further into the clip he will mention it but unresolved, adverse childhood experiences are a big factor why our saboteurs have taken over our own self. Esp when it comes to the judge. Having been raised by parents who hardly praised you, even if there was a praise it was attached with some comments. Never having been able to be accepted as who you are, not being understood, seen, emotionally attuned to as a child and everything else ….. I don’t even want to go look for a picture of childhood because it will most likely bring back bad memories. I’m not taking about physical abuse- but emotional neglect is as damaging as anything else which falls under the category of ACEs - adverse childhood experiences. I hope that he will bring up this topic of unresolved childhood traumas. Edit: He did :) 42:30 onwards

Positive Intelligence is not a program for anyone who has been through serious emotional or physical neglect or abuse. Frankly, I have yet to see evidence that Shirzad has a legitimate PhD in Neuroscience but he is able to 'skim the surface' on deep issues enough that hundreds of people have 'bought in' to his program. His main audience are the suit and tie folks in the corporate world and he had done well as a charlatan there (IMO).

Continue creating value along with making it interesting is a fantastic way to have engagement. I create daily 10 minutes Exercise video but top it up with some message of the day or some facts to attract people to Daily exercising habit. Thanks for all the suggestions.

I just stumbled on your program at this moment. My total being is both enraged and suicidal so your cheerfulness is absolutely absurd.

This operating system is one of the best for dealing with your inner critic if not the best I have found. I have taken this class and I can tell you first hand, if you will do the work. It will change your life and bring you much more joy. PM me if you have any questions

Hi! Hope that you’re doing well. Atm I’m doing a mindful course and the coach sent us this podcast to listen to. Would you say that this connects to the so called inner child work?? I’m atm reading a book by Stephanie Stahl called (translated by me) “your child must find its nest” and she speaks about the shadow and sunny inner child.
