But you need to be honest with yourself and ask yourself the hard questions. Many people falter because they were told not to feel bad about certain things in their life. But that prevents people from growing like they deserve to. You are at a good point to start changing this. One thing that has helped me is understanding the difference between what I can do to fix and make my life better, versus knowing I have no control of the other factors.

After i heared what my mother told be about my father, how he sufferd much as a kid and got abbandoned by his own parents. It changed my view on him, from an alcoholic ashole that from time to time beat my mother, to a struggeled man, that doesnt know how to be a father, because he never had one. I worked as a Manager at a Restaurant working late nights coming most of the time at 2 in the morning home. Mom told me that he cried to see me like that, tired and compleatly depressed. Sometimes i reeeeally want to say how much i indeed love him, its just... idk, something tells me to hide the pain to not hurt him more. ANYWAYS thats my rant 😅

I can’t remember the last time I was nice to myself, I always give compliments and good things to others without thinking twice. My parents especially my dad never even bothered to comfort me when they could tell I was going through a hard time. Being the youngest and the most mature in my class made my classmates think I was responsible and was strong but on the inside I’m still a 10 year old that never had a good childhood, I have never got an actual feeling of being loved, cared, nor romantic feelings for anyone I feel like I missed out on many things other children got to experience. One time my friend asked me what I wanted for my birthday, and when I said anything is fine cause I never got any presents for any of my birthdays they decided to give me a box with a few presents like a plush of my favorite Genshin character and a bit of money, that was the first present I have ever gotten from someone in my first 8 years of my life, since normally I would see the birthday cake as a present but that friend made me feel loved for real, but they changed schools and I was alone…now I have no more reason to live as I’m just a waste of money and time to others..
