Mental Health, Addiction, Abortion & Abuse Testimonial. 

We all have a story, and some of us felt like we were silenced. This year I'm giving it all to God & letting my voice be heard. It may help somebody else get through some of their trials and tribulations.
Sober Life is finally starting to Blossom for me. Eye smoked ganja daily + habitually since the age of 14. Been through my ups and down with addictions to other substances & managed to pull mycellf through, several times. In 2017 Eye nearly overdosed & suffered heart palpitations leading me to the ER 3 times. They didn't want to help me, they told me "Well, don't do drugs" & sent me home to fight for my life all 3 nights. Binaural Beats helped me to breathe and ease the pain until finally Eye was able to sleep. Eye relapsed in less than 60 days & knew Eye had it bad. In 2018 Eye lost everything, even my marriage. In 2019 Eye started over in a different city/state & started to regain control of my life. Eye did slip up a few times before discovering mushrooms around May 2019. This is when my life started to really shift. Eye felt things rearranging in my soul. I've not used any hard d.r.u.g.s since that year, but continued to drink and smoke. On 11/11/2020 Eye became Vegan. Eye started practicing spirituality & Yoga, eventually taking mycellph to Yoga school and receiving a 200 hour YTT Certificate in Costa Rica in 2021. In March 2022 Eye visited Jamaica & there is where some of my vices crept in- Eye was drinking A LOT & after being there for 2 months, Eye started eating fish & chicken again, for about 3½ months. When Eye returned to the states, Eye started to see my health decline & knew Eye had to get it together. In September of 2022 Eye got a nasty DUI, & vowed to stop drinking. Which lasted 5 months until March 5th when Eye chose to drink 2 shots that lead to me waking up at Grady hospital. Eye would've gone to jail that night, too, but I'm assuming Eye was in a critical condition & the officers decided to drop me off at the ER instead. That was almost a year ago. I've not touched an ounce of any form of alcohol since that night. Then in January Eye decided to take it a step further and give up smoking. Not a temporary pause, a real surrender. Eye was tired of feeling like a slave to the plant. Eye had stopped smoking once before about a year ago & that lasted a month or so, before Eye went back to everyday usage. March 7th will be 2 months of a FULLY SOBER ME. 1 year from alcohol, 2 months from ganja. Eye Give Thanks and Praise to My Higer Cellph for delivering me from those strongholds. Eye can truly say that the ganja was my toughest (& longest- lasting) addiction that really was the most challenging. Eye hardly had any withdrawal symptoms & have not felt any negative or repressive emotions thus far. Yea a few mood swings here and there but nothing Eye can't handle. I'm dreaming again- and remembering them! Which is something Eye desired deeply. I've been a steadfast PlantBased Body since November 2022, especially after discovering Yahki Awakened & Krystal the Alkaline Doula in December of that year. I've been dabbling in the RAW vegan lifestyle on & off ever since. Idk if I'll ever be 100% RAW, as Eye find balance to be key... I'm still learning mycellph. & REALLY getting to know mycellph on a new level. I've not been sober since Eye was 12/13 years old when Eye first started drinking & smoking. 20 years of being in a haze of some sort -- so I'm like a teen all over again in some ways. & I'm OK with that. Eye could literally go on & on about my journey but if you've made it this far -- my message to all is that IF EYE CAN DO IT, ANYONE CAN DO IT. & THAT WE ALL HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE THE TRAJECTORYOF OUR LIVES. Relearn & rediscover ourcellvs. Eye never went to rehab, but in so many ways, I've rehabbed mycellph over & over again. Still doing it! I'm not saying I'll never again have a puff or eat an edible in the future - as I'm aware that plant medicine is truly miraculous; BUT WHAT EYE WILL SAY IS THAT THESE DAYS, WEED IS NOT THE SAME! It's been tainted. Until Eye can be sure of its purity I'll not be touching it. (& Shrooms are my jam, mircodosing is extremely beneficial.) Alcohol is poison so that's over and done.
