Johanna, first i wanted to thank you for sending an email, obviously i figured out how to exchange the both of ours. Bad news i spent a large part of my day trying to find the reply you sent to my email and im close to giving in and admitting defeat lol as i can't figure out where how or why its vanished, likely its in there somewhere but after checking spam or junk mail its still a mystery, because your such an amazing example in my world and i wish i were able to be more specific in those ways you've changed mg many ways of thinking and dealing with my first signs of anxiety and trusted without question the Psychiatrist's suggestions and as you may recall was huge doses of lithium and shortly after starting it she added 75mg of Venlafaxine (EFFEXOR) once per day then 150 mg ( EFFEXOR XR) at bedtime. I must share with you the miracle of happening upon your RU-vid channel as although I loved her compassionate concern for my debilitating anxiety, so intense that showering, eating breakfast and attempting to get out the door to go to my suit and tie corporate sales job I'd worked for the same company for 25 years without having any symptoms resembling anxiety and rarely even had a cold, and all those year's my now ex wife was and still is a flight attendant was flying overseas from our first little sweetheart girl was 6 months old when the ex returned to work, our second, a son came 3 years later and my paying job that netted $115k per year with two brand new cars of my and the ex's choice of Land Rovers , Buicks, or GMC's insurance and fuel provided as well. You would think these great perks big new houses and intentionally true love would full fill most if not all goals we needed. Im really sorry to complain that was not the case, snd it began to fail long before my symptoms started, and I completely accept my shortcomings in its failure, good news i stayed strong for i never once placed blame on their mother, ( between you and i she deserved quite a bit of the failure to be true and faithful, you are the only person I've shared this with in both our families) i decided i insisted our children, so young knew or heard only her good qualities and this was the best decision i could have made, there is no resentment in their hearts and I believe resentments are killers or at least shorten our lives and at minimum disrupt progress and successful living, i just realized nothing good lives with resentment. My apologies for such a long dissertation lol. But i believe you have had similar experiences and it was worth sharing, even if i totally missed it all.
