The Jack Project, in partnership with Kids Help Phone and the Mental Health Commission of Canada/Mental Health First Aid has produced this role play video. It outlines the need for mental health awareness and the Mental health First Aid helping actions that can be used to support someone who is struggling.

Stupid observation, perhaps, but whoever wrote the script has definitely been through this. Been there myself, have said some of those exact words, as have many of us. Thanks.

Mental Health First Aid comes from Australia (land of kangroos). I only know because at my program I took mental health first aid and it was mentioned briefly.
