A legendary part of the club - self analysis and thinking about why am I thinking this, even questioning that, can alleviate many things, there does not need to be an answer, just more awareness of thought patterns. The other thing is, in the modern idea of 'happiness' which is often corporate or superficial, there is the idea we should "always be happy" and so therefore interpret a 'down mood' as a big mental health problem when it is not. It is normal. Life is a challenge every day with small or big things and it is work. It is not a constant happy festival party. Seems there can be an 'over diagnoses'
