It is so valuable to bring light to these symptoms. I was actually worried about my brain function, I was like, why cannot I remember anything!! I finally linked it to my anxiety. (I was having a lot of panic attacks, poor sleep, etc. too). It is absolutely crazy how anxiety manifests itself. I am totally an internet tab mind. Thanks for sharing this!

Hey Leslie! Yay for Mental Health Monday! I needed this today...it was a crazy Monday. I hate making dinner choices too! We are the same way about ordering food! I have a hard time falling asleep lately too! My brain is going crazy at night with thinking and worrying too much! OMG I cry all the time too!!!I feel like we are a lot alike...these times are so tough for people with anxiety. Our husbands would get along! Girl, I am right there with you about being indecisive! I actually have to use apps sometimes to help me decide what to get at a restaurant. This list was really interesting. I experience a lot of these symptoms. Some of them truly had me believing something was physically wrong with me back in the fall. Still have some symptoms but now I know that it's linked to anxiety the physical part of it has been better!
Thats what led to me being diagnosed. I was convinced I medically was sick but blood work was normal and my doctor picked up on stuff I said and suggested therapy and it helped alot!!! I still have symptoms but much less intense or frequent!!! Glad yours have improved as well!!! Thanks for watching!!
