Mental Health & Orthodox Christianity - Episode 1: Understanding Mental Health 

What a blessing to have our bishops concerned about mental health in the Orthodox Church. We have so much in our teachings that support a heathy approach psychosomatic medicine and so many similarities to cognitive behavioral therapy in our Christian formation. Thankyou for the focus on the mental and medical aspects of our life.
