I remember a fellow where I worked who after he died his relatives were kind of happy because of how ashamed they were. Many people avoid help because they are afraid of this labeling

pA; The "M.I." terms (i.e.: "mentally ill" & "mental illness(es)") = SHAME & STIGMA!!!!!

The "mental health patient" will ALWAYS be "THE OUTSIDER" in society. Mental illnesses are so complicated that society will never understand them collectively. Never discuss these kinds of problems with anyone but those few you know are trustworthy !

stjama3; Being classified as "mentally ill" or having a "mental illness" = OUTSIDER!!!!! It's also the root of STIGMA! (i.e.: "mentally ill" & "mental illness(es)"; a.k.a.: the "M.I." terms).
