That’s called relative pitch. Many young musicians are coached into it because of it. Take some tests to see how developed it is

If you want to learn the piano, don't start with this

The idea of this video is to develop the mental reproduction of music. You don't need to know a lot about music theory to train with this video. The keyboard is an added feature for those who are familiar with it. But the main point is to be able to 1) keep singing mentally a melody whilst physically listening to the other one. 2) listen to both melodies mentally once the physical version ceases and you are left not with one melody resounding in your brain but two.

I think it's kinda possible if you just practise. I can hear almost anything in my head but I'm just trying.
