Mental Illnesses sounds spooky. So many stigmas around it. People will talk, behind my back. I don't think I'm THAT crazy. I'm doing not that bad. I will not call it depression.
Sounds familiar? Or even an internal dialogue you have had? There ARE many stigmas around mental illnesses and it's normal to feel overwhelmed. Admitting the issues is the first step to get help. Still sounds scary? Then let's not label it.
