Another way to deny those bad thoughts is to stop caring about losing.. Everyone is gonna lose at first, but if you give absolutely 100% of everything you have in your match and you still lose it just means that the other guy was better than you and there's nothing you can do about it.. All you can do at that point is learn from your mistakes and become better. You already lost and now all you need to focus on why you lost and apply it to your next match and win that one. If you gave 100% and still lost then there's nothing that should make you nervous/mad/sad.. You gave 100% and lost.. but next time your 100% will be greater than what it was this time.
