I usually watch these hypnosis videos for sleeping since I deal with insomnia And yeah lol, I may have not done it for *those* reasons but I honestly didn’t mind the feeling, it was pretty relaxing.

Yes that's it for most people, hypnosis, well trance is about focus. Some people's minds work differently, some have a harder time relaxing their thoughts. There isn't really a "one size fits all" I hope to make content that will work for more people soon, just have been busy with class!

Ugh, whatever. Edit: is this the longest conversation on RU-vid?

@@devotedtoaudrey So.. I think something large happened, just now, something incomparable to anything I had ever experienced before. Something I believe is truly remarkable right now, as this feeling is still fresh. And I sort of just want to drop it here. ^_^ I hope you don't mind.. if this sounds a little unusual to say. But, well, I think I've been through enough unusuality for me to do this. This is just sort of what I want to do, and so I plan to do it. From what I see of it, Hypnosis is essentially something that can directly interact with the subconscious mind. It's something that can make the person subject to it very light, hazy, and dazed, but also very warm, happy, and they can overall feel like they're at peace. And well.. whatever I experienced before, I coin any of that as pseudo Hypnosis. Not quite what Hypnosis is supposed to feel like. But each time I was feeling it and feeling at least slightly willing to try Hypnosis, and man did I try, I would get a little closer to truly feeling. But I never knew what it actually felt like to be Hypnotized. And also, it was self-Hypnosis, by the way. And when I came out of it.. the world around was still just an endless hazy in my mind. And it felt like I was never in reality when I came out. I was feeling it so naturally, as well. So darn natural. Time felt as though it didn't exist, my actual voice felt like it didn't exist, and damn was it an experience. And now that I felt that, I want this to become some sort of norm of mine someday. It looks like this dedication of mine has finally payed off. And yeah.. just as it sounds, this really does feel major for me. And I feel totally attuned to what I feel, and I kind of feel unbelievable lucid, unbelievably in touch with.. something, is all I can really say about it. This feels like something. Thank you for listening to this, in advance. And once again, sorry for how unusual this sounds, considered how I spoke like earlier. But I'm just so excited right now.. and so I just had to say something about it. ^_^ I really do need to stop typing now, and not get too carried away. 😅 I honestly had a lot of fun with your little video there. I honestly wonder what will happen if I'm exposed to it now. But well, that will have to wait for later, I think I might need to take this *a lot* more seriously now. Thanks.

Here's a tl;dr. Now that I have a much clearer mind :) Or rather, what I mean, is it will probably be a much more cohesive message. Which I suppose is still a tl;dr in some form. Overall, I have a much greater understanding of Hypnosis now. Simply through totally experiencing it, and getting immersed in it, *once.* I think I understand what a subject is now, for instance. A subject is somebody who is easily subjected to Hypnosis. That's how I think of it, anyway. And also.. for me, Hypnosis doesn't actually seem like something that's driven from feeling, but rather, driven by a seemingly innate curious of what will happen. Of what it is that will happen. I'm just beginning to think this is really cool. For awhile.. I've had a deeply troubled heart, you see. And for a long time I didn't even know I was troubled. I'm Autistic, in fact, and I guess that's just sort of what can happen from that mental disorder. This.. is very unusual for me. I've honestly never been like this. If you're listening to this, really, thank you.

Wow I love the way you describe it! I haven't had the ability to experience it myself this way yet, but love to hear the stories. Also I will have to check later (Woke up a bit too early) But I think this is one of the videos that also had subliminal messages designed to help people experience hypnosis easier. It's all expirements, seeing where things work for people, some people are more receptive to subliminals over hypnosis, some the opposite. ^-^

Yea, hypnosis works for some differently from others, there isnt a one size fits all really ^^ If anyone has recommendations, I'd love to learn more!

Been into this sort of thing for a long time, first started experimenting with subliminal audios and had a channel purely focused on that for a few years. There I perfected how I create those audios, then started a hypnosis channel which was lower effort as an experiment. There I learned what people like, how things work for others. And then I started this one and combined everything ^-^

Also I'm sorry to hear you have such a fear, a lot of fun stuff out there. You just need to know where your limits are and have trust in the creator before giving in ^^

This is pretty open ended. It started as me doing some comfy cute hypno in a group chat that I then adapted to a video ^^ I do have a video with a purpose, but it's WIP, not making that public yet, but can share on discord!

The video should make you feel relaxed, cute, warm inside. nothing too complicated! I feel like some people get an expectation this is a transformation video and get upset it doesn't work. Sitting can help, laying down too, the induction should also relax you ^^ There are also subliminals to help you experience deeper trance

Yea, I'm the same, sorry you have to go through that! What I know is everyone's different and can respond differently to different inductions. A majority respond to relaxation from my experience, but others cant relax their mind like that or just fall asleep.
