@@BrottenGuy the actor for mephisto is confirmed Sacha Baron Cohen (it wasnt for this it was iron heart he was confirmed in but could have shifted or announced in this before appearance in that) If anyone thinks he's not gonna over-act or be "theatrical" just a bit is delusional tho lmao I think those words are better than flamboyant for sure. Even in the comics he was a bit "theatrical"

I'm really starting to believe that "Teen" is really is Billy Kaplan and these are the reasons why; 1. Billy Kaplan is a reincarnation of the one the sons of Scarlet Witch and her husband Vision as in the comics Billy reincarnated from William Maximoff. Significant storylines for the character include his and his brother's search for their original mother, and I believe that will actually be part of the storyline of this series. 2. In the comics, Billy is known for being a prominent gay character in the Marvel Comics. Joe Locke, the actor is openly gay and fits the character perfectly. I, for one believe that the series will further establish that there's also Thomas Shepherd (Speed) and both him and Billy are identical but born into different families. The main reason Billy wanted Agatha's help is because he is looking for his real mother who is probably held captive by Mephisto. That's pretty much the reason why he'd even free Agatha from Wanda's spell. Also, check out 00:29, the colors the boy is wearing match Wiccan's in the comics including the headband.

I’m hoping Teen isn’t Billy. First, he doesn’t look like the previous actor at all. If the kids come back I’d like them to come back as the same actors. 2nd, it’s waaaay too obvious for it to be Billy. They are hiding it for a reason. I’m hoping it’s just Mephisto or some other evil entity just trying to manipulate Agatha.

The symbol is in the bottom right of the Tarot cards which is a common place for artist's signature. If the symbol does represent someone they created that deck.

If the details really are in the costumes, and his witches road outfit is his favorite, then he HAS to be Billy. When that outfit was on display at D23, the sides of the pants were stitched with stars, a lot like how Wiccan's suit has a star pattern on the sides.

I thought about the kid being a younger version of Sacha Baron Cohen as well. However, if Teen is supposed to be Mephisto, his behavior says otherwise. There are scenes where he looks afraid and uncertain. Yes, Mephisto is a deceiver, but he's in scenes where he's alone, there's no one to deceive and he still looks apprehensive and uncertain. It might make sense if Mephisto is trapped inside Teen and traveling The Witches Road is a necessary journey for him to return to his former glory. That would lead to the question of who trapped him. Was it Agatha?

Marvel could be setting up Mephisto as a multi-phase Thanos level villian that is working behind the scenes. There could be a scene in the Ryan Gosling Ghost Rider movie revealing all the ways Mephisto influenced the MCU.

i don’t think Teen is Mephisto, but rather Mephisto did the mouth thing (looks very much like a capital M) to conceal Billy/Wiccan’s identity from Agatha, since he would be connected to Wanda as well as Mephisto. (also “Billy Kaplan” is 4 syllables) Teen/Billy/Wiccan is just being used as a pawn in Mephisto’s larger game.

The reason why they didn’t tell us more about the Tarot cards is because of the Major Arcana card, XV (15) The Devil. The card created for the production likely has huge Mephisto vibes. I’m pretty sure that the “teen” character is Billy Kaplan/Wiccan.
