Mam i couldn’t meet Nikhil sir at Creators united😭. Actually i fell down from staircase at the venue and got my shoulder injured there and had to rush to the doctor🙈.but many congratulations to the family for the award. Last minute cancellation must have felt very bad. Shanice consider day care that Sky's school provides. She can stay there after school for few hours Trust me she'll enjoy the routine once settled. She 'll learn much faster with others kids. You and nikhil can concentrate on other stuff and spend quality time when she's home. Think about it. Many working parents do this. It works better than keeping a nanny.
I honestly cannot keep her at daycare. With nanny too, im always around mostly n to me that is much better in my personal preference. I have sadly seen many kids at daycare being lonely n sad cuz 2-3 ppl looking after 9-10 or 15 kids doesnt allow the carers to give personal care and attention to every kid. So thats why.
@@shaniceshresthavlog shanice , you guys can afford very good day care where personal attention is given. Sky is 2+ now. It's so comforting to see your child becoming independent after certain age where you also get sometime for urself for mental and physical well being. I was just like you. Didn't leave my child even for a min initial few years. But later due to unavoidable reasons i had to extend her after school hours and i was surprised to see how welcoming she was to that change. School/daycare had open door policy that allowed us to visit anytime without informing in advance along with live cctv That was assuring that child will always be treated well.
