Creativity feels like a burden at times however I believe if you have clarity about the content it can ease your shoulders alot. It's good to be creative but to carry that everyday for a vlogger like yourself would defo drain anyone. I think this video was creative and engaging at the same time and guess that's enough for us. Also 4 videos in a week seems to be a bonus week for IJ fans.

How interesting that a former colony declares 3 days of state mourning to grieve the death of its coloniser, while said coloniser never once acknowledged, much less mourned, the violent atrocities her empire committed against said colony. Will we live to see the day when Britain declares even 3 minutes of state mourning, or at least a 3 word apology, for the 200 years of ruthless colonisation which purposefully de-industrialised the thriving region of Bengal as a means to ignite British industrialisation (the direct consequences of which continue to perpetuate our wealth inequalities today)? Or the day when England mourns or apologises for the Bengal Famine of 1943 which was a direct result of its colonial plundering and policy decisions, and killed millions of Bengalis? Many might argue that the Queen was never directly involved in perpetuating any of Britain’s colonial atrocities, so why bring them up at her hour of death? This deflection in itself illustrates failure to appreciate the role the Queen played, first as the face of the British Empire, then as the Head of the Commonwealth (an association of Britain and its 50+ former colonies, with whom its wealth is anything but common)- to pacify and diffuse any meaningful attempt among former colonies to unite to make their shared coloniser accountable and pay reparations. The fact that so many of these former colonies are racing to outdo one another in gestures of grief, after decades of outdoing one another in finding ways to glorify the Queen, is a perfect testament to this incredibly effective pacifying function that the Queen (who is all too often written off as a ceremonial passive bystander) willingly or unwillingly served. As Maya Jasanoff, history professor at Harvard writes: ‘By design as much as by the accident of her long life, her presence as head of state and head of the Commonwealth, an association of Britain and its former colonies, put a stolid traditionalist front over decades of violent upheaval. As such, the queen helped obscure a bloody history of [colonization and] decolonization whose proportions and legacies have yet to be adequately acknowledged.’ I mourn for our social amnesia and cognitive dissonance more than I mourn for the death of the Queen. c@Taqbir huda

Great idea. A daily schedule is really good for mental and physical health both. Run 10k 4-5 days a week. Solves most depression and anxiety issues. Worked for me. But most people never do it.
