Try to put a rag covering the injector pump and behind it so if the valve or the washers slip of your fingers you may not loose it. Also the tubing should be 8 mm not 6mm ( 1/4 inch ) The priniple of the rebuildable flow valve is being a regulatable one just as inside the injectors with washers to regulate spring pressure.
What's your fuel mileage been? My first fill up on my G5 was almost 30. But I've been really driving it like an old man, cruising on the interstate at 50 55. I'm really happy with the car, for the budget car that it was when it was new and the neglected POS that it is now. I'm pretty impressed, definitely as good or better than the foreign cars of the day. Plus it has a much quieter ride than the Mazda 5 I rented two weeks ago.
