Hi, Mr.Todd, I like to bleed the valves lifters, just to don't give any chance for the Pistons to hit the valves, this way I like to do. And when tighten the cams I like to turn the crankshaft a little bit to make the Pistons down a little bit to protect the valves too , and then I do Setup the engine Timing Chain.
