At this point, Aston Martin should just focus all their time and effort towards next season. Unless they're using these "upgrades" as prototype testing for next season, why waste more resources for this season anymore? They're definitely not getting 2nd in constructors, and they're not going to win a single race this year. That much is clear. So its better to deliberately throw the remaining races and finish lower in the standings to get more wind-tunnel/cfd time for next season.

BTW, off the top of your head and without looking, can you instantly list off the names of all the 3rd place driver standings finishers of the last 15 seasons in order? Exactly. That's how relevant 3rd place is in the standings...i.e. not that much. So why would Alonso and Aston choose 3rd place over having more wind-tunnel/cfd time for next season?

Does it makes sense to call the protruding sidepod inlet the sidepod mouth? Just a thought. Love how you cover a grand prix weekend, and are very succint in your coverage. I really hope aston martin upgrades work..because I dont think they can do anything for 4th in the constructors because of stroll doing awesome in the second car...I am more want to see alonso fight for 3rd in the championship...

Alot if these "upgrades" won't have a massive effect of the car because the parts they are copying are designed to work with other parts, mclaren basicly have to bring a silverstone spec car and they will dominate mercedes, and then mercedes will struggle to keep up with then, haas is probable the biggest upgrade here but its basicly the AMR from the star of the season with a newer floor

In the UK on Sky F1 for every Northen American races they bring Danica Patrick. Is she popular in the states? I fet confused as i dont know why shes a presenter and in fairness doesjt seem to know a lot and seems like she has a bit of a temper

First of all, there's no need to type in all caps lol. Secondly, looks are subjective and I personally disagree. Third, these cars certainly ain't perfect, but IMO they're more conducive to good racing than the previous gen. Plus, it's only the second year of the regs so just chill lol.
