This is a work of art, my friend. You truly are on another level. I'm picturing this masterpiece of yours all lit up at night. In miniature. Working headlights, dash all lit up. Tail lamps, vanity mirror lamps, floor lights, door courtesy lamps... trunk &bonnet lights. Sorry. I'm a modeler also...I used to think I knew what I was doing! Franklin Mint, eat your heart out! ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
1:19:40 of all the crazily detailed things he’s done to this model, the recreation of the drop down steering wheel literally had my jaw dropping down. 😮
Never thought I would watch and hour and 40 minutes of someone building a model car. I don’t know if models are in museums, but this one probably should be!
I know this project was a year ago and I’m just doing it for the first time. Just wanted to give you praise for very fine and detailed work; I have a lot ahead of me to get to where you are. Great job, love your creativity and how you find places to add things that aren’t there. Very humbled. I’m such an amateur 😂
your work is truly jaw dropping. attention to detail, an ocean of sheer skill and such knowledge of cars and how they work! these are videos of pure mantherapy, and my inner 12 year old thanks you, as do I.
You couldn't ask for any more detail aside from an actual working gas engine. Absolutely stunning quality, the paint is the best I have ever seen watching similar videos. Thar is showroom quality but beyond in every respect.
Dude...your replicating radiator hose clamps...my god what meticulous work! You are a true artist... It's like watching poetry being created in real time... Absolutely the best work I have ever seen. A true fan .. I thought I was detailing when I opened a gas filler door on a wrecked car diorama... I have to step up man... True inspiration... Rock on!!!!!
WOW! I'm speechless what amazing skill and patience you have. The amount of detail you have put into this model is quite something to watch. This is the first of your videos I've seen and I am certainly going to look for more after watching you work. THANK YOU, THANK YOU
That was savant modeling. Absolutely wonderful to watch. I used to build model cars all the time as a child. Tamaya was always a favorite. I’m in awe truly ❤
As I kept watching, I kept saying "there's no way he's adding ANOTHER detail to this model" and sure enough, he did. Exceptional work sir. Lot's of love packed into a pint sized container if you know what I mean.
Thank you so much for not dubbing some ridiculous music over your work. Your talent is all this video needs. Very enjoyable to watch. The model came out extraordinary. I’m talking Franklin mint exhibit. Thanks again can’t wait to see what’s next; sorry Please don’t take the music thing wrong. I enjoy it at the end but your Displaying your model not working on it. Oh gosh I’m already in trouble. Beautiful job
I'm glad you said Franklin mint one of my favorites to buy diecast from but I had never had a Franklin mint model have that realistic of an engine especially in HD and with I imagine some sort of macro lens honestly there's just so many parts where it looks like a 300sl being restored instead of a model car being built
Hello!! This is the second Build I have watched. Thank you so much for showcasing your brilliance to the World. Your work is truly amazing and inspirational. One can only Dream of achieving this level of detail. Nothing less than Phenomenal. A+
As Usual you keep amazing me ! I wounder how many hours could spend just studying and research you have to go trues? probably hundred of hours, who ever end up whit your project at the end must be vert very proud because it is simply a piece of ART! And I am pretty sure the quality and devotion you put in each project make it one a kind. I simply have a TOTAL ADMIRATION FOR YOUR WORK...
My favorite part of all your videos is when you come across a particular kit component and pretty much go “this is crap” and you snip it off and create your own far superior and intricately detailed version. Your scratch building skills are unmatched!
The dashboard made me drool. If I had to choose one of your fabulous creations to be named 'Show Stopper,' I would pick this car. Just. Every clip of yours I've seen just makes me gob-smacked because all your vehicles are wondrous pieces of art. Your attention to detail makes me think you are perhaps living with an element of OCD because you nail every model beautifully. Superb.
Il y a beaucoup de maquettistes sur RU-vid mais ce sont que de simples colleurs de plastique qui suivent betement une procèdure . J adore les personnes comme vous qui innovent , transforment , inventent . Merci pour le spectacle !
U are an absolute TRUE PROFESSIONAL! Thank u for not only showing us the build, but for showing the parts & how to’s as well.. I’m sure it took a lot of time to put together these videos and for that I thank u my friend!
Mmmm...was watching my aircraft builders and went outside...came back an hour later and you popped up playing. Impressive...but wait...is he making the brackets to hold pipes, clamps etc...he is!!!! Well done sir!!!
I CAN'T HELP BUT SAY "WOW" ! AFTER DISCOVERING YOUR CHANNEL, I SIT BACK IN AMAZEMENT THINKING I AM TRUELY WITNESSING AN ARTIST WITH HIS CRAFT. I AM IN LOVE WITH YOUR WORK!
Simply you are not from this world! Even Mercedes company cannot make a car that beautiful. amazing skills you have. I liked your video. Thanks for sharing.
The detail at this scale is phenomenal. Truly stunning work - the specific care in the dashboard to every single gauge and knob. And that paint job! Gorgeous.
Watched this last night, really impressed with the level of detail 👍. Not so impressed with RU-vid sticking adverts in it EVERY 10 minutes, 1hr 45 turned into 2hrs 30
Your building skills are inspiring. As a fellow Modeler myself I can only hope that one day I'll be half as good as you are sir. You are truly talented, and can't wait to see the next build you do.
Superb build! I loved the injection lines, but the bolt to the oil pan was absolute spot-on! Very few builders have the stamina to go the few extra miles to make a model perfect, you are a brilliant exeption. You, Sir, are a true professional.
I cant get my head around your incredible skill. I want to be like you with my modelling. The struts that you made for the gullwing doors had me yelling at the screen - unbelievable skill.
I am just in complete awe and wonderment at this amazing work of art. I challenge ANYONE to do such justice to the definitive real life automotive work of art that is the 300SL. Bravo
I couldn't have even imagined that such precision models even existed. You sir left me speechless from the 1st minute of the video and even after that every second was surprising for me. ❤️
Again blown away...If you would take photo's in daylight from these absolute museum-class masterpieces people will think that those are the real cars...
As they say in France "Magnifique" you are a source of inspiration to assemble our models that will never be up to your work and congratulations for all these videos that do not make you dream.
To make a spring, u better using bolt to molding spiral. & u need mini hot air gun for other tool. Btw.. u have great passion & skill detailing.. nice job.
Change youre Display, change the Mirror Glass and take ordinary Glass, under the Glas sheet, a Mirror in a 45 degree angle, and you can better see the underside.... Nice work!
You know, it's too bad that when the average person sees this, all they'll see is a simple model, and overlook all the great detail that is there. They'll overlook all that hard work it took to put it together. All the patience and attention to detail. I see it though, and I think you did a better job than I could have ever expected. I couldn't guess how or what you would customize next. Hats off, you deserve it, because you are very good at what you do. Wish I was half as good at something...anything, as you are at modeling.
You are doing marvelous work, based on your great and unique skills. Just one remark: the brake drums are made of cast aluminum around the steel friction liner for better heat dissipation. So the drums are aluminum-silver in color instead of black. I love your capabilities
I have no words. This is beyond anything I've ever seen. Where you got the steady hands and the patience I don't know. This is just on a level I have never seen. Well done!!!
Wow. Just wow! Your modelling skills are incredible. I'm so pleased you don't have music playing underneath. I find that really distracting. Really great work. Watching you work is more like watching a work of art being made, than making a model.
Holy macaroons. This is the best modelling I've seen hands down. All the intricate and delicate parts reimagined on a smaller scale like if it just rolled from a mini production line. God tier work!!
I've been building off and on for over 50 years. I've had a couple of home runs, a few good hits and a ton of misses. This, sir, is out of the park! Attention to detail, fit and finish are astounding, on a level I had hoped to achieve one day but as the age increases and the eyes and steady hands decrease, I consider myself lucky to get a decal on straight nowadays! The video itself deserves praise as well. No ridiculous loud music, no droning voiceovers, just the sounds that all model builders are familiar with. The clipping of plastic, the sawing and scribing of panels, the airbrush...that's all the music you need, right there! All in all, an effort well worth watching. Thank you!
