The Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6x6 is a high-performance off-road vehicle that was produced by Mercedes-Benz from 2013 to 2015. It is based on the standard G-Class SUV, but with six wheels, four of which are driven by the engine. The 6x6 is powered by a 5.5-liter V8 bi-turbo engine which produce 544 horsepower and 560 lb-ft of torque, paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission.
The vehicle is characterized by its imposing size and rugged off-road capabilities, which are enhanced by its six-wheel drive system, as well as its 37-inch tires, portal axles, and five differential locks. It also featured a special AMG suspension that is fully adjustable for height and damping, as well as a ladder frame that is made of high-strength steel.
Only about 100 units of this vehicle were produced and it was quite an exclusive model, intended for the most demanding off-road enthusiasts, it is also quite costly and considered a luxury vehicle with a premium price tag.
