Have you ever driven the 250 ? So you know if there is allot of difference ?? I like the sound , but would prefer a bit less drone . Nice video , thanks !!
Do you still have the c300? Asking because I’m also from Rhode Island would love to check the car out I just Purchased the same car a couple weeks ago.
Interesting.. when you removed catalytic, did you have to tune out some 'Check Engine Light' style computer errors? I have the same car, but use it to listen to classical music and calm the hostility at my job, so going faster and making more noise not really on my list. When you work in IT, you can't get caught having fun. You lose vital information from coworkers to get work done and get paid. But it's cool to see the car can be customized a bit.
Brian O'Neil there is no check engine light...they are essentially just second resonators. The car is extremely loud and the drone is pretty bad, I put in $400 worth of sound detening I'm the trunk. These cars actually have a decent community...check out my Instagram @mbnz401 too see what it looks like now !
@@dawidmaszewski8529 i own this exact car and the ECU from Renntech on 93 octane is rated for around 292hp also Eurocharged from Toronto claims 288hp with high octane i believe. Ive never heard of 330hp from this NA 3.5L V6. Is is literally a detuned 3.5L from the C350 which is 302-305hp in 2013. I would say 275hp-280hp on 91 octane is reasonable considering how detuned from MB it is from the C350. Also keep in mind most german cars underate there power output for various reasons. This car has a suggested 0-60mph of 6.2 sec weighing 3850 with 4matic and only 248hp 251lb/ft my guess is its got more than the factory rated numbers or that 7 speed and final axle ratio are working wonders with low hp lol.
Matt Price I agree I didn’t really know what I was doing back then! But I liked how it made the exhaust backfire. This car has paddles and a completely different exhaust now 🤙
