It is such a strange scent. I don’t like it on my skin but then I got a whiff of the projection and I was so impressed by it. What you smell on your skin and the scent in the air is totally different. Such a mysterious scent.
I literally just blind bought this and received it a week ago. I tested it and loved the smell. Plus it’s strong! I sprayed some on my arm, took a shower and I could still smell it on my skin. A steal for $50. Can’t wait till cooler weather.
This is the scent I have always been looking for. I absolutely love vanilla but I struggled to find a masculine vanilla that isn't overly spicy. This is a rich, dark, creamy vanilla that is still unmistakably masculine. I wear this year-round in any occasion and I've gotten more compliments with this scent than any others that I've tried.
Just got it. First impressions from my gf and I are very positive. The opener gives a burnt caramel/creme brulee vibe. Reminds me a bit of Ariana Grande Cloud. My other main vanilla frag is Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille, which while I really enjoy it, and gf dislikes it. So this is a nice variant.
Your reviews are pretty good! Even though Nishane Ani is quite different I have to agree it also came to my mind while testing Mercedes Club Black. Similar vibes and airiness and lightness. I'd say Club Black is darker brother of Ani. Where Ani has citruses, Club Black replaces those with smoky incense. Definitely great buy for around 50-60USD.
Niche quality cheapie, amazing. It reminded me ALOT of Guerlain Spiritueuse Double Vanille, that boozy smoky vanilla scent is to die for. It is a MASSIVE compliment magnet aswell.

Whoop! Saw a 20ml travel bottle for AUD$9.90 & had a quick look at Fragrantica to see a slew of positive reviews, so I thought yeah why not for under $10? Going through RU-vid for some confirmation bias now, looks like I've got a great hand carry item on my shelf now. :)

The price is a bit worrying because it’s quite cheap so I’m worried if it’s gonna be too synthetic? What are your thoughts? I hope I don’t have a headache because before watching your video I bought 3 bottles because it’s just cheap 😂 But so far according to other reviews they love it even the opposite gender.
You should be able to find it somewhere for $50-$60ish. Don't pay $80 or $90 for it, just keep checking until it's cheaper, it might take months. The price always goes up when supply dries up. Then suddenly it's more available again and the price goes back down to $50-$60. This cycle has been going on for years with this fragrance, it's why people always say it's been discontinued. Well if it's been discontinued, they've got a lot of stock saved up.

It's about $40-is price wise so it isn't too bad for a sweet fragrance. I might picked this but I already have man in black and spice bomb. Really getting tired of sweet vanilla fragrances.

It's very over hyped fragrance I believe it smells very similar to Zara's Rich Warm Addictive which both I don't like I think Joop Homme Le Perfum and Joop Homme EDP is way better fragrance and alot cheeper then club black.
Sound like you should go with fresh fragrances for now. This Club Black is a little dark for daily use and has very good, quality smell. And dont go with all the hypes, check the notes and read some detail reviews (bad and good reviews) before you blind buy. I have this one but rarely use since I am enjoying more complex and expensive one (sublime vanille from Creed).

@@joeslacker1020 Even if you don't like Pure Malt, you can like this because it doesn't have that nauseating quality at all. It is much smoother, and avoids any strange fruit-whisky-patchouli combination and instead is more focused on a smoky vanilla.
