Part one of our 5 day build. We're taking a 2003 Mercedes C230 Kompressor and swapping in a small-block Chevy 350 and Turbo 350 transmission. In this segment, we pull the original 1.8L motor and mock up the swap. Of course, we'll have to fabricate and modify just about everything to make it fit!

Love to do the same to mine, but with a Mercedes V8 ( just to keep in in ze family lol!) great build and the Chevy motor more dependable anywho👍🏻

Not even a minute into the video one of them mechanics immediately called out the m271 Junk. Why do people let their a$$ talk for them? Anyways hoping to see the swap go smoothly.

Man I got 2000 c230k w202 I want to do this to! Any advise problems you had and things to be aware of. Like ecu, tcm issues? Engine mounts? This would not be my frist swap but it would be my frist mercedes swap.

This is a Small block with no ECU, to run exhaust out the back would be tight. Thats the reason we went out the front
